the staff here have NO courtesy, and are very slow. they used to be good but have changed recently with service. I just waited over 15 min in a drive thru with only one other car. you can barely hear the guy on the speaker, and they mumble. the poor girl at the drive thru window is in a wheelchair and can barely reach to give you your food.
open up the inside already! no excuses.i cannot think of any other place that still has covid-19 restrictions, yet here we are and Arby's is still closed for indoor seating
Decent prices good service, can't enter still due to pandemic rules drive thru only. Above average menu selection choices. Overall 4 out of 5 stars would recommend especially for those who due to the economy cannot afford pricier restaurants.
My favorite fast food chain, the menu items are good and served very quickly while still being hot. It had a rocky opening and some change of management but I would definitely recommend trying it out or trying again if you've given up on them before! Being connected to an ice cream parlor is also a nice touch.
I usually love Arbys tonight it was terrible cheese wasn’t melted chicken was cold and hard you couldn’t bite it and rolls fell apart got 2 sandwiches and 2 fries even fries were cold and hard not happy at all?
I occasionally make the one hour drive for my fave take-out ever. I got the biggest roast beef sandwich they had and it did not disappoint!!! I wish there was one closer.
Best Reuben in Nashua area and meets expectations of a NY Reuben! Perfect blend of ingredients! Next on list is hot beef bbq!
Went to get buffalo wings and crinkle cut fries. The chicken wasn't very warm but the sauce was good. I'd give one more shot to get it right. Staff was friendly enough and the store was overall clean.
Felt the need to swing in since I don't see this restaurant ever. They messed up both my sons and I order and I wasn't going to turn around once I was down the street. My fish sandwich was still good. I enjoyed the fries. Over iced my drink. 4 sips and it was gone.I'd give them another shot
I have no problem before for this store, but was humuliated by one of their employee due to the poster error (I was kindly explain to him when he charged my $2.19 for small drink that in happy hour it should be $1. Then he told me only "snack size", not "small size" is $1, which I was toally fine with) However, when I went back to show him the photo and try to tell him the poster beside the entrance is wrong you might want to take it down or correct it, he got very defensive and would not let me finish my sentence (probably assume cheap Asian arguing for drink price). I can't believe I was complained loudly in front of all customers for using 1 coupon. This person should be fired, seriously, for doesn't know the offer rules, then publicly shaming customer for using coupon. I have reported to Arby's for investigation.
