My fiancé had a chicken finger pizza delivery and within three hours or so he was throwing up so violently.. it was absolutely horrible and I was thinking maybe it was just too greasy but eventually he was throwing up blood and shaking. We took him to the ER and he was admitted with food poisoning. I’m guessing it was the chicken but I don’t know… he spent the day in the hospital and missed our best friends wedding. It was absolutely terrifying and after the fact he did let the restaurant know and they didn’t seem to really care or acknowledge it too much. Scary:(
7 Star, The one place that you can feel welcome,,no matter who you are. Nick is a great guy, he will make you feel welcome and food is awesome. It's an aclepitic place and you need to come by and make your own judgment.
I completely understand that on a holiday or holiday weekend that things can be crazy or in short supply, but i ordered the same large sub i always buy with extra cheese and called after it was delivered because it was half of the size it usually is. When i called i was told that because of Easter and the last minute decision to open, a different bread company was used so a large sub is 8inches. Not only was the sub half of the size in length, but there was a half of slice of cheese and less than half of the amount of veal on the inside for the same price. How is this okay? Like i said, i understand people working on holidays and short supply, but is that an excuse to charge people the same amount for something that is less than half the size? I am really disappointed as this is usually our go to place, but the half of slice of cheese when i paid for extra, and half the amount of meat leaving the entire sub just being bread isn’t okay.
Watch your credit/debit card when ordering,card was overcharged, some one else who ordered at the same time was also, and that person was given my credit card info, name an phone. Manager was not helpful
Absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! The kamikaze Pizza is just absolutely EPIC and like nothing I ever tried before. The crust is flaky and tastes just like homemade bread. The salads are VERY generous portions. The fried pickles and fried cauliflower are incredible, will definitely be ordering those again soon. Amazing flavor, amazing prices compared to other pizza restaurants and super friendly staff. Thank you so much for having an amazing family restaurant. It shows and we will absolutely be back again and again.
One 2-14-2022 7-star was very rude to me while taking my order, and further more allowed me to come and pick up my order without informing before hand that they were un able to make my full order. They then went on to say that they did not have my phone number even though that's the 1st thing they asked me for before even taking my order. Needless to say I was/am very upset and unsatisfied with this experience! I will not be visiting this establishment again! Unsatisfied customer!
Ordered the cheese pizza special for take out, and we thought it was very good. That was a surprise after walking in, where a small bar dominates the room, with loud music and talking. They do have "lounge" in the name so I can't say I wasn't warned. My order had a surprise small service fee, I assume for using a credit card but not sure. The pizza was tasty, and I would rate it a 5, but can't give the overall experience that. My wife and I wouldn't eat inside because we prefer a calmer environment.
Seriously just paid $35 for a sub cheese pizza $5 tip for some girl to leave my food on my neighbors porch outside didn't even come to me door lies and said I waited 10 minutes lol no she didn't bc I was waiting at the door for her smdh
Ordered 5:50 on a Monday evening, through the Slice App they use for delivery. ETA 6:35. @ small subs, side of wing, salad, and a 2 hot dog kid's meal. As soon as I order, ETA is updated to 6:60. No problem. 7:35 I contact Slice, App says food has been delivered but not quite. Via text I am offered a $5 off next order. Asked to just cancel at this point, given a 25% off the order and told cancelling is not an option as driver is on the way. Food arrives 7:55. Both subs, stone cold - in the trash not eaten, Hot dogs and fries - stone cold - in the trash not eaten. Salad was ok - wife did eat it. Chicken wings - room temp at best - ate half, and half in the trash. $63.56 - 25% = $52.06 including a generous $10.00 tip. For that, we got a side salad and 5 wings. Rest went in the trash. I am pretty patient in these times, but this was just bad service, no communication considering they had a phone number and text option.
We have lived in the area for about a year now. This place for a while was our go to. Food was hot and fresh, one of our favorite places to order from.But for the last few months or so, every time we order we wait almost 2 hours for our food, and when it arrives it is either cold, or missing something.Very disappointing.50$ for 2 small pizzas,They never put the drink on the bill,And the pizza is cold..And that's just tonight.
