EDIT - I sent Wrap City a Facebook message and they replied very quickly, made me a new sandwich and one of the employees drove it across town to me at work. I'm happy to say it was delicious (WITHOUT tomatoes and lettuce)!Just got my order that was placed along with others for a workplace lunch, and I asked for no tomatoes or lettuce on my sandwich. The sandwich came with tomatoes and lettuce, so now, I'm not able to eat lunch with my co-workers. This is not OK! People have dietary restrictions, and restaurants should be able to accommodate those restrictions.

Holy Mr. Potato! I just received Wrap City’s chips in the mail. They’re simply amazing. The taste is slightly sweet, yet a good and salty flavor. Like nothing I’ve ever had! A must try!
Typically pretty good with one caveat. It seems some of those that work here can't read. Need to have one less ingredient in your wrap? Nope, can't do that. I run into this problem every other visit. Luckily I live close so I can just drive back and ask them to remake it the way requested.
I ordered over the phone and they would not take payment because they are too busy??? A friend was picking up and I needed to pay...Unheard of!! I cancelled my order.

We love this place. Other counter service sandwich shops rarely have corned beef and pastrami. They do here, wraps, paninis or flatbread. The Cranberry Apple Walnut salad is excellent!
Two for two wrong orders. Tonight I ordered a bbq chicken salad with no tomatoes and a side of ranch dressing. I got tomatoes and no dressing at all. This is the last time I order from here and we were regular customers. Hire people who can read an order.
*** Update it wasn’t spread out evenly so the half I ate first has ZERO… and it was all lumped on the other side #firstimpressions … Would have gotten 5 stars if you hadn’t forgotten the BEST ingredient that makes it a THANKSGIVING style wrap.
I went here about 30 minutes before close the other night and was extremely disappointed. When I walked in the door I found half the menu wasn't available because they shut the grill off early. The kids working behind the counter didn't seem to care much about this and actually turned a customer away because they didn't want a cold meal. I've been in the food business for years and I would have lost my job for declining customers like this. Totally unprofessional. I understand wanting to be clean and go home early but this eliminates a lot of menu items to choose from.
