Food is good but hygiene is pretty suspicious.One time I came in and the workers were eating chips at the tables, then got up to make my food without washing hands.Other time I saw a guy trying to fix the soft drink ice machine. He had his bare hands in there, no gloves, digging around the ice maker, while holding a phone in his hand.Just kinda offputting
Been dying to try Wingstop for a while and when I got the chance, the wings were really very tasty, but seriously. four sets of wings (24 wings), some fries, and a side for a little over £37.00. You're joking, right? Great taste but offensively expensive. Also, no napkins anywhere, no toilet paper in the bathroom. Pretty poor really.
I am delighted that this brand, which offers a unique and tasty experience, has spread into the North. The service in Manchester was friendly and quick and the food quality excellent. I can see why they are one of the fastest growing grab and go brands on the UK
Went there ordered a 12 peice flat and the lady droped a chicken on the floor and the man came and picked it up and put it back and tryed to serve me it? never going back!!!
I prefer the Nashua location better, they’re more professional.Ordered a 30 pack and they all came in undercooked and tasting bad.When I walked in there to place my order one of the cooks said they weren’t taking any orders because they don’t have enough people…..the place wasn’t even busy…….will not come back here again.
The fries and the soda machine are the best things about this place. Their namesake - the wings - were overcooked and dry, so much so that my teeth and mouth hurt after. It's obvious that the company doesn't do anything special with their wings; they don't seem to be marinated or prepped any special way, just dumped in a deep fryer and then tossed in sauce. I was deeply disappointed that Wing Stop didn't get their namesake thing right in any way.
I just got delivery and I'm missing half my order. I called and they refused to come back out and deliver the rest of my order. when I asked for a refund, they hung up on me!
This is the second time in a row I ordered a 50 piece with multiple flavors and was missing an entire flavor all together "12 wings" ... I immediately called after receiving my delivery and the customer service is very below average and they just make you feel like your bothering them. For this to be the second time in a row they forgot an entire flavor of wings, I'm extremely upset. The only reason they didn't get 1 star is because they do have good wings and food quality has never been a issue.
Floor is sticky. Kitchen is a dirty mess.Saw a cashier pickup a fry with her hands from the table and toss it together with fresh batch in a bowl.Same bowls are used to sauce the wings and then are not washed but put on the shelf.Disguising place.Wings don't taste good - it's almost like they were boiled and not deep fried.
I love this place but it's exclusively closed on Monday and Tuesday which just so happen to be Wingstop's 70¢ wing days... Seems suspicious and it's very annoying, I want discount wings ?
