FRIDAY 7/8/22 at 8:15PMTerrible experience at Wendys. No med cups for frosty and told me I would need to order large. I finally asked for the manager (not very hospitable) and said why cant you put a med serving in a large cup. He said yes after I pushed this common sense solution.Cashier not attentive at all, du rag serving window guy gave major attitude and just zero service. Received no sauces as ordered, forgot my drink, no ketchup, only one utensil given and I had asked. He said in the bag.Strawberry frosty was totally thawed and warm. Used a cold cup (not see thru) for that and the clear frosty cup for the choc frosty, which was fine. Hiding the thawed one?This visit was not worth the money or poor treatment. The only pleasant person was the female order taker. The guys, terrible!
Waited in the drive thru, saw them hand my meal to someone else, it went into their car, then back into the drive thru window after a short time. Then they told me it never left its spot. Not happy about that and it's a good thing I had buns at home. It was still fresh and tasted alright, but I don't know what that person did to my food (it looked opened) while it was in his car before it went back into the restaurant drive thru window and then to me...
i wanted to eat a Wendy's at any cost on this trip, so we found this place... the food was good and very fast... but the small cashier guy was clearly on meth or something like that... also a big loudly party was going on in the kitchen so it's was impossible to speak with my wife when we ate our hamburger on a table... otherwise the place was a little dirty...
Terrible experience at this location. Several minutes at the counter before being acknowledged. Awkward experience placing the order. Overcharged for what we ordered.They did fix it with a proper refund. So there's that...Go to Candia rd. Location. It's worth the drive.
Ate at the Hooksett Wendy's on Saturday the 25th around 1pm.It was probably the best food I've gotten from any Wendy's before.Everything was hot and delicious, great job!
The food was good the fries were hot. trying the new strawberry Frosty. That's one of my favorite items there is the frosty

Went in order take out. The fries were like cardboard the burger tasted like it sat in grease for a couple days. The staff just looked at us with no clue what we were ordering. REALLY?
Waited 10 mins in the drive thru with only 3 cars in line, the two infront get to order as my turn comes he announces their closed smh
Drive thru is so incredibly slow!! Fine I’m is STILL not open yet either.
