Quick and easy ordering through drive up. $5 biggie bags are quite the deal for quality fast food.
I believe this is the one I always Doordash from(from work) and after eating at another wendys I have new found love for these folks. They not only always get the order right, but they aren't shy with sauces and make sure the food is amazing. Keep being awesome guys!
It is one of the better Walmart's I've been to. I’ve waited long on drive thru only for my meal order to be mess up and unsatisfying I ordered and large meal with double patty, I only get single and my fries definitely a small size also my drink is completely wrong! Not to mention the crew who’s serving me has an attitude problem
I go here way too much. The employees are always friendly. The food is fresh and hot almost all of the time. They are always friendly. Definitely turned itself around over the last 2 years.
Service likely faster in the drive thru even when the line seems long. Only 2 ahead of me in the inside line, but by the time I got my food there were zero cars in the drive thru. I guess it makes sense that they get priority, but it always surprises me when I go inside and order. The coke freestyle was out of zero calorie drinks, but the attendant helpfully got me a coke zero from the machine out back. I really appreciated that as I was so looking forward to a coke zero.
Great food. Store was clearly busy so I expect cold fries and old chicken but the food was HOT I actually had to let it cool down a bit before eating it. 10/10
The guy taking the order had music playing loudly then got snippy because he couldn't hear us over his music. Once he stopped the music the attitude remained, rushed us to order, kept putting in the wrong thing, annoyed when we corrected it and then almost forgot some items. Food was okay. I appreciate Biggie Smalls playing though, if only they could work and listen to music.
Ordered breakfast online, got to drive thru and told them I was there to pick up order. "Manager" comes to window after I had sat there for 5 minutes and said they had " a new thing" where they couldn't cook breakfast items after 10am. HMMMSouth Willow Street Wendy's is owned by the same company said they had never heard of it. Tried canceling order but couldn't.
Second time in a row I've gone and they've completely messed up my order. I'm normally pretty lax and understand if it's busy or what not but both times it wasn't.
