I went in after seeing the sign, and was greeted by the most kind and genuine people. So lovely, and the smoothie was made in a few seconds. Extremely great portions, and absolutely delicious. An absolute must if you are in the area!

Meh… Decided to try this place and was pretty underwhelmed. Disclaimer: I didn’t get a smoothie, I am told those are good & I did see those come out fast. I only went for food because it was I dinner time and I just got out of the hair salon next door. I ordered and the guy up front didn’t give me time to really look at the menu, good thing I did a head of time on my phone. He also cut me off multiple times while trying to be quick. I then sat for 15 minutes only to realize my food was sitting there untouched because the guy in the back didn’t communicate to the guy in the front that the food was ready. He just left it in the nook to be bagged. I don’t know how long it was sitting there but I would say at least half the time I waited. My food was luke-warm by time I had it and the only really only got it when I did because another woman, that ordered after me, asked if someone could check on her food as well. Giving it 3 stars because at least the food tasted pretty good, it had a lot of flavor. It seemed like a pretty clean place and I liked the beach vibes. Probably won’t go back because of the service experience unfortunately.

I'm going to give them another chance, but this was upsetting service to say the least.Been to this location a couple times when they first opened and loved them. But today was different. No one greeted us when we walked in, our food (and everyone else's) took way longer than usual. From ticket to getting food took 15 minutes. We asked for our smoothie split into 2 cups but got it in 1. The manager (Riley maybe) called to let 2 girls go home early, so then the girls were making each other smoothies instead of helping prep orders. My sweet potatoes were mushy, the Caesar Salad wrap had mushy croutons as well, and I ate it the second it was served to me. Annnnnd, last but not least, the girl who brought my food out to me was wearing slippers. I'm no expert in kitchen safety but I feel like slippers are generally a no-go.But like I said, they were amazing the first couple times I went so hopefully they can make some changes.

There was no one in the cafe when we arrived. We ordered ONE smoothie, and it took 20 minutes to come out. Workers were moving quickly but they were prioritizing Grub Hub and Uber Eats orders. Literally can’t stand when places do this—prioritizing people who are too lazy to get their butts of the couch rather than the ones who actually go into the store.

Hi y'all! I want to first say that all the employees did a fantastic job yesterday on 5/27. They engaged me in conversation and made me feel welcomed and got my smoothie out super quickly. I would absolutely give their service a 10/10. My 1 stare review however, is for the manager that was working with the longer blonde hair around 4:50 pm. He informed his employee while I was ordering, not me (the customer) that they were out of flatbread. Which is in over half of their food items. He then walked away without any explanation. After ordering my smoothie and quesadilla, I asked the employees if they had any other near by locations because when I worked at Tropical Smoothie Cafe (I was a store lead in 2019) and we ran out of something, my manager would either go to another location and grab what we needed or she would send one of us. I was their only customer so that lack of urgency and care was disappointing. But the heart of the issue and the main reason why I'm writing this review was because I felt disrespected by the manager that was working. He did not engage with me, except when his employees asked him a question about my question. Then I watched as one of the girls made my quesadilla and after she finished she left on the counter and for a good 5-7 minutes I waited to see if he would hand it to me and he did not. So while he was in the back doing who knows what, I asked the girl who made my smoothie to see if that was my quesadilla (which it was bc I was literally their only customer). I typically don't ever write reviews, usually only positive ones. And I want to emphasize that the employees that were working did a phenomenal job. The lack of care, the lack of engagement and the lack of warmth and connection from the manager is what really made me angry and feel unimportant and unwelcomed at his business. My manager at my Tropical Smoothie Cafe was a phenomenal woman who truly cared about her employees and customers and was a genuine warm and kind human being and this man lacked all of those qualities and should be ashamed of the way he treated me. Do better.

Recently moved from VT (does not have tropical) to NH so my bf and myself were hypedddd for tropical (it’s been a year too long!). We ordered online, or I thought I did. We get to the location and it’s a uhaul place. We’ve never been here ever, we came from Tropicals in Rhode Island so we are discouraged that the location is no longer there because Google maps was not accurate. We start to head home and see tropical a little ways down the road and pull in.I never paid and sceenshot the checkout screen as my order THINKING it was my order so when I walked in the server was confused at first, then we both realized I didn’t pay so the order was never made. Zaid Al and his coworker were SO quick in getting us our smoothies and breakfast sandwiches, and the smoothies were 10/10! Thank you so much for your help and not making me feel about my mistake that you easily amended!

I haven't been here in person. But we did order from Door Dash, and were very pleased with our food and smoothie. I'll definitely be ordering here again.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young gentleman, the staff referred to him as Bradley. He had both a warm and charismatic smile, in addition he spoke with a homely atmosphere. Bradley was composed, respectful, kind, and so much more. It was my first time visiting the tropical smoothie so of course I struggled to place my order. Bradley was patient, well verse with the menu, and navigated the situation flawlessly with ease. The customer service Bradley provided was ideal, it truly was a perfect representation of what customer service should be. 10 out of 10 will go again. THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!!

This little cafe is new to the area and have been hearing good things about it lately. I ate a hummus burrito that was so amazing this included a optional side of jalapeno corn. The wait time is a bit much but ordering ahead of time is better anyways.

These guys went above and beyond with my order! I work in a healthcare facility and ordered a big order for my office. Being a new place, I wasn't surprised when I received a phone call from the store since big orders sometimes get mixed up. The phone call I received was just to inform me that they appreciated the order and that if for any reason it was not to our standards, they would replace or discount the order. I WAS AMAZED! The manager as well as the Owner both called to ensure our satisfaction.The food was awesome and the smoothies were perfect and nothing was missing or wrong!!! Would buy again in a heartbeat!!!
