First time at The Smoothie Bus. Before coming in I had heard great things about the actual smoothies and those proved to be true. The smoothie bowls themselves were good but I must say our overall experience was not as good. It took a very long time to get our order 20+ minutes of waiting. The staff was very rude to one another and took care of their own order for a break before even finishing ours or the group of people before us, who ended up just leaving without getting their full order. The dynamic with one another seems very awful and uncomfortable to your customers. Hope this can improve over time (starting with management). There is a lot of potential if they can become a team and change their attitudes towards one another, their customers, and their jobs overall.
The smoothies were great, although the prices are higher than you’d expect. My biggest complaint would be the workers there. There were three woman, two older and one younger. The younger woman was making the actual smoothies. It was clear she was overwhelmed, and at first i wondered why. After all her two coworkers were on their phones or relaxing while watching her.The reason became clear when Shawna (I’m assuming that’s her name, as it is what one of the ladies called her) turned on a machine that then made a crunching noise. One of the woman then proceeded to verbally berate her for the entirety of my time there. Constantly raising her voice in anger and insulting her. She borederlined on yelling at her coworker. If not for her horrible treatment of that girl, I would have given full stars.
A Smoothie Bus is now hidden inside the black tower plaza on Elm Street. I've visited twice and both times the staff has been friendly and helpful in picking out my smoothie. They have over 40 options and both of mine were tasty enough that my even my kids would love them. V
Delicious smoothie. I ordered the chocolate covered strawberry with homemade almond milk and it was fantastic. Customer service was also wonderful!
I have been on a smoothie grind for a little while now and I am absolutely amazed with the smoothies at Smoothie Bus I have tried smoothies everywhere in NH and Smoothie Bus is now my #1 spot . Every other place does not even compete . I will buy a smoothie everyday from here .!!
AMAZING SMOOTHIES AND COSTUMER SERVICE !! Both corries are the best!! Chocolate covered fruit would be a great add on!
The worker that looks like mrs. piggy from the muppets said they were closed as soon as I walked in.. it was 6:15… it clearly said closes at 7 on the door. Perhaps she ate all the inventory, idk, but very rude, place is overpriced anyways.
Penny and Jocelyn are amazing!! They were so nice and answered all my questions as it was my first time there. I will definitely be coming back. My smoothie was delicious!

Today was the first time I got a smoothie here and I wasn’t disappointed, I got the fall smoothie bowl and it was so delicious and the person serving me was so nice ! Will definitely come again :)
