Fresh food, served with a smile, at a quality you can't compare to. Not the largest menu, but that allows them to excel with the items they serve
Nice hotel with spacious rooms and amenities. Easy to access and downtown restaurants within walking distance.
Stayed at the Hilton garden inn this past Friday night. The staff that was on was very nice. I wasnt able to get the names of the two people working the desk Friday night but they were great. I was planning on eating off property for dinner that night but after taking a glimpse of the menu the left fielder burger sounded really good so I decided to seat myself. My impression of the dining area off to the side was a little off. I thought it was like an area taken away from the lobby to make a bar and small dining area. Anyhow at least they were able to make a space to make dining happen. My server was Maddy very super nice girl amazing smile and out spoken. She brought me a menu the same like I looked at on the easel they had one on that made me decide to eat in. I do have to say the menu was rather small in choices but still something for everyone. I still went with the left fielder burger and oh my it was the best burger I had ever had and I am a true burger guy. I really hope they keep that on the menu for people to enjoy that option. It is also one reason why I'd be back for sure if that burger is still available and that you have the friendly staff. I was already thinking when can I skip the mountains again to go to the city. My room was very nice. I had somewhere I had to be for 9 am and woke up 815 woke up two hours later than planned on getting up. I loved the Keurig I popped the k cup in and got ready to leave. Being a guy it's much easier to be ready in 15 mins. I grabbed my coffee from the Keurig before I walked out of the room and I took a sip it seemed like I was tasting soap. I took another sip and sure enough again that taste of soap so I dumped it down the sink. I had planned on breakfast before I left but because I woke up late I knew the chance of being able to take something to go would be slim because I figured the dining area would be slammed. When I got down to check out I observed two tables. Because of the time crunch I was in I decided to take a continental breakfast to go. The price was 10.50 included no meats or eggs or waffles etc. I did thought the choices available that 10.50 was a little steep. I know I could have filled my take out container but how many bagels can you actually eat or fruit before it gets sickening. Anyhow the fresh fruit and the bagel and oranges juice I had was good.. overall I'd return to this hotel again sometime and again please keep that left fielder burger on the menu.
The Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Downtown is located on the river but not walkable to downtown. It's modern, comfortable with large rooms. Breakfast is served but NOT included - but not buffet or order on your own. They have one overworked waiter who tries to serve the entire room. You have to wait and try to get the attention of the waiter in order to be served. All you can get for yourself is coffee and juice. And the oatmeal was cold! Ridiculous! And outrageous! A Lobby Bar is available in the evening.
Road trip! Dinner was good at their restaurant. Hotel needs better attention to details. Lobby coffee was empty at 7:00 am. Room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed Some glob of something sticky on the counter in front of in-room coffee maker and unsightly stain on carpet next to bed. We generally stay in Garden Inns on our road trips, but likely won’t stay here again.
The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Prior to my arrival, someone wrote the word “Murder” on the bathroom mirror, which scares my child. There were several long brown hairs found throughout the bed.
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay, the room was nice, clean, & the bed was very comfortable, but we loved watching the professional baseball game & fireworks from our window. My boyfriend and l look forward to returning to have another unique experience
We had a stopover there. Check-in process was smooth but room was dusty; I started sneezing and had to take anti allergy medicine. And then next day morning, started the shower and it was dispersing out of water from sides as well. On closer look, found that shower head was broken.
Not entirely sure my room had been cleaned at all, although the bed had been made. Bugs lined both my window sills and housekeeping staff was seen going in and out of rooms with no masks on. Wouldn’t recommend.
Again a choose the Hilton garden inn because of the area it is located in and the friendly people that work there the rooms are clean and the pool is clean and open for guest they offer a bunch of different food options .
