Fries where over cooked chicken tenders not even cooked it was raw the grilled chicken whiskey glaze sandwich was horrible to saucy

Spent $46 and got hard burnt tasting whiskey glazed chicken strips. Order a side of Cole slaw that was in a shot glass container, that I paid $3.49 for.

Food was good and fairly priced. Service was slow and not really attentive.

In town for a couple days..ordered online for a timed pick up..only waited a few minutes. The staff were awesome about confirming we were getting the correct order...it was big...sorry. food turned out great. Mac and cheese is amazing as were the burgers. We will be back again next time we are in the area.

This establishment deserve worse than one star. I am not one to complain, but this place needs immediate attention. Someone in my party has allergies and they were not taken seriously. Not only that, but the food was served with the allergies, after discussing it with the waiter. It was a slow Tuesday night, and the wait was long for food that was cold and bad tasting. Drinks were poor and service was even worse. Spoke to management, who didn’t even introduce himself, just to be even more disappointed. Management did not give a great response to the issue and minimal response was given. My advice, is please be careful coming to this location if you have allergies. Will not be returning after this experience which I would consider a disaster.

My fiancé and I ate there yesterday. Our apps were cold when we got them, but we ate anyways and didn’t complain. Then, we got our burgers. The plates were hot, fries were rubbery, and the burgers were cold while the lettuce on the burgers were warm. The plates were clearly microwaved. We were just going to pay the bill and go, but the manager came over anyways. He told us that they would never microwave food, however when we explained what the plates were like, which they were still hot to the touch, he backed off and comped our burgers. We have been sick to our stomachs since last night. Furthermore, the staff were talking about all the cleaning they had to do with the arrival of the health inspector. Wish I could rate zero stars.

I don't know if it's just an online issue but 100% of the time I order online my order is wrong. It's either missing sauce or completely missing part of the order. When it is brought to the attention of the employees it takes 10 plus minutes to get even simple items corrected. This has been going on for months and I have even spoken to a manager about it with no changes made.

We had a family birthday get together. The waitress could not have been more accommodating and we had several different orders and bills. I forget her name unfortunately. We had lots of appetizers and some entrees as well. Everyone enjoyed the food. I will definitely return.

Great service, really like how they hyped up the food!My waiter was being trained and did a fantastic job so we left a 100$ tip!Only complaint is that they covered the chicken in the side of sauce instead of putting it in a dish or on the side of the plate.Overall 10/10.
