I had the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had tonight at this Taco Bell. I ordered via the app for pick up in store. I picked up my food but they never gave me my drink cup. I was missing nachos. I was also missing a Mexican pizza. They didn’t care to tell me I was missing any items or to offer a refund. I went back in and their reply was oh yeah we’re out of those (the pizzas). I was told I would need to contact corporate for a refund. Is this normal? I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever been told that. They didn’t even want to let me order something in its place since I had already paid using the app. On top of that, they were ignoring other customers. This used to be the better Taco Bell in the area. I doubt this now. Overall, I didn’t get my drink, I got food that cost less than what I paid for, and nothing was made correctly. Personally, I won’t be going back.
By Far the Best customer experience I've ever had at a TB this location takes the Gold!!!Thanks to my guy Ubayid... swell of young man...Definitely I'm on this side of town I'm coming back...Thanks for the early hours when everything else was closed for walk in....I'm a Trucker and it's hard for us to get food at times! This place made my day!!
Oh how the mighty have fallen. From the days of Taco Tom being the face of Manchester to where it is now is a travesty. The customer service is abysmal. The manager/supervisor was on her phone the entire time in the back and would only come out when we called for her, which seems unnecessary until you account for the fact that 90% of the employees did not speak fluent English. Luckily I speak some Spanish so I was able to get by, but it shouldn't be a requirement to order food. They rely solely on the machine order takers and do not greet customers nor do they interact with them unless necessary. When Amazon can provide more customer service than a fast food place where people are 10 feet from you, there is a large problem. The soda machines were not properly changed out so the soda tasted off and the orders were somehow wrong even though it was done through their interactive order taking screens. In the end, it was sad to see how little these people care about their customers. They were also out of a ton of things, however this isn't on them, their shipment truck broke down. Only get 2 stars due to the food being well prepared (even if incorrect).
As I was picking up two orders for Door Dash, the Employees greeted me with a smile, were very friendly and moved with diligence. The food was ready, packed and waiting for pick up! I was very pleased how I was treated and would recommend this Taco Bell to my friends and family
Taco bell is a hit or a miss situation when it comes to the amount of time it will take to get your food. This visit however went well. There was only 3 cars ahead and 5 minutes later i had my food. The lady at the window was nothing short of amazing, and was very polite. The food was good, although the container they put the new steak fries in is terrible, and all my husbands fries split all over the place twice. My vents got more fries then we did. The cinnamon delights are to die for. So if ur craving taco bell it is always worth the chance to stop by. The new worker thomas has really helped the place.
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SERVICE!Went about a month ago, they got the order wrong three times. Refused to refund. Insisted on fixing it, even after I asked for a refund.Went again today-didn't get anything on the order correct, let the food sit till it was cold before giving it to us, argued with us when we said the mobile app said it was ready, and waited 20+ minutes with no line.Just don't. Go to another location. Love taco bell, could see this location shut down tonight and wouldn't be upset.
This Taco Bell is the slowest Taco Bell in the history of all Taco Bells. You got one car in front of you? That car isn't getting its order taken for another 20 minutes. Then when you pull up to order nobody says anything to you for another 20 minutes. It's like they want you to sweat it out and change your mind and drive off. This would all be fine if they made your food without errors but I'm telling you there's never an order where nothing is wrong. And you come back again 3 months later thinking maybe they got it together this time. Nope. Same old long waits bad service and wrong orders. It's been like this since at least the last year. Place desperately needs new management and I desperately gotta stop giving this store another chance.
Wow i am used this location always being slow but now apparently they run out of food every night or I just happen to stop at the wrong nights. The only 2 times I stoped in the past 3 months they only happen to have 1 menu item left (or there workers just don’t want to work). Not to mention the rudeness and tone when they tell you this.

Ordered 3 items, 2 items were wrong. Also let them know that one of their employees had put 2 bags of trash out front visible by the ordering speaker. Drove all the way home and realized items were wrong, drove back to get correct items and the bags of trash were still outside! Disgusting. Place has gone down hill!
