Service was terrible multiple times has accepted my online order then after 30 mins cancels

A sad sandwich of misery. Would recommend just going to a different location.

I have *tried* ordering online three times. The first time, they had no bread, charged me and didnt have any food. The second time, they gave us 6" subs instead of 12" subs.. even though I was charged for 12". The most recent time, the order didn't update online, as it was 30 minutes late, I was about to just drive to the store with my sickness and get everyone sick to get my order, and the doordash showed up.Tried calling this facility all 3 times and the phone number is DISCONNECTED!I will definitely make sure my next order doesn't default to this train wreck of a store.

I've ordered online from this particular franchise 3x. The first time, they ran out of bread, charged me, and didn't have any food for my family. The second time, I ordered 3 12" subs and got charged for such, and recieved 6" subs. The third time, the website never updated that the delivery was coming, and 40 minutes after it was supposed to arrive, the delivery service finally showed up.. as I was getting ready to go to the Subway to get the order myself, sick and contagious... Tried calling the phone number all three times, and it is DISCONNECTED!!!!! Just horrible. I order delivery for our health, I pay extra.. these guys are a hot mess.

Never had a subway tell me they can't give away a cup for tap water.

Just stood there for 5 minutes and was ignored by the employee

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a large Icee and the man made mess all over the cup. Not wanting to get sticky, I politely asked him to double cup it. He told me he couldn't because of inventory...Seriously? He refused to give me a clean cup so I just walked away.I couldn't imagine what ordering a Sandwich from him would be like.

Rude staff asked for a fork and was told no to go buy one in Walmart. Really thanks subway you get no money from me.
