Me and my husband walked about a good mile to go out to eat for dinner and when we got close to this facility there was an older employee that sat there outside and told me and my husband that in his exact word was" we are not open right now" this was told to us at 7 30 pm. I felt lied to and discriminated against I checked what time this store closes at and it's at 9 pm. Never again will I go eat there
Worst experience at this location. Sandwich maker on duty tells my mother and I that he is only serving the two people ahead of us and that he is closing up the store an hour ahead of closing time. Reason being that he had to wake up early and prep for an inspection? We had been waiting inside the dining room for several minutes, ready to place an order and practically told us to leave because we weren't being served.
I just went their and they were closed 2 hr before closing and other times we have go the guy who made our sandwiches kept nodding in and out. Not very professional if you ask me
Bought a Mozza Meat sandwich obviously because of the Belgioioso Mozzarella cheese. It was an online order and when i got home to eat my delicious sandwich with the Mozzarella cheese guess what, there was no fkng cheese.
OMG,I was attended by a woman who yelled at me and treated me horrible just for being Hispanic.?

Google says they close at 10pm, but I guess it's really 9pm since the door was closed at that time. Lights were still on of course and there was a lady standing behind the counter texting away on her phone and clearly ignoring me as I stand at the door trying to open it. Based on earlier reviews it really seems like some girl (or this lady) that works here is a terrible employee. Waited a couple of minutes after in my car once the lights mysteriously turned off a couple minutes after, then lo and behold she comes decked out with three or four subway bags filled with subs. I guess all the Subways in Manchester are terrible. If you want subs go to FireHouse or D'angelo's.
