I've gone to Subway once a week for a decade. I've been to Subways all over the world. This is hands down one of the worst ones I've been too. There are a ton of other sandwhich shops on Elm street and you should take your business to one of them.-One worker was behind the counter eating a salad-The guy making my sandwhich commented on how old/bad the tuna looked (which it was)-The employees were all standing around talking bad about the customer who had just left-The bread was old, there were no cookies, the sandwhich was bad, and in general the place felt dirty and run by a bunch of rude and careless workersIf the owner is reading this you gotta fire the older guy, he had a terrible attitude and it was clearly rubbing off on the other workers.

Today I went in to the store and they refuse to take my order because it was too early! It was 15 min ago. So discriminating !!!! I would like to speak to the manager.

A lot better than the other subway's I've been to in Manchester and they where open during the storm when most places were closed

Worst subway I've been to. The one employee working was so slow for each person, it took them over 5 mins to make 1 sub.

It took me more than two weeks and numerous phone calls to get a refund. They kept saying a manager (Angel or Kayla)would call me and nobody ever did. The food was made wrong and smelled bad. Their customer service was inept and bordered on rude - Amanda was awful. I will never give them my business again.

One lady was doing all the work. Everyone else standing around not doing anything but talking for 25 to 30 minutes. I used to work for subway twice in my lifetime, I know what and how things are done. Seems like all people want is a paycheck.

Horrible just Horrible most of the staff don't know what they are doing and don't even know how to make their select subs instead having to ask you if you know how to make it. Some staff gives you an aditude for no reason or blame you for their lack of proper training along side being charged for a whole sellect sub when I ordered a 6 inch disappointment sub that wasn't even made correctlyDONT EAT HEREThey all should be thrown out and replaced by people who know how to make a PBandJ let alone a sub

Food is horrible, employees are horrible, and the place always has shady people inside and outside out the building

The person behind the counter very rude doesn’t speak good he doesn’t respect people he shouldn’t work in fast food because he has no respect he talk about his net worth and he said he works 16 hours but he only get paid 8 and he donated his money I don’t care about all that just make my sandwich better when I ask him to put staff he got upset very rude am not coming back to this subway again me or my family friends not recommend.
