Great staff, great food (the Reuben was amazing and the fries didn't suck!), and I love that they have a variety of yummy ciders on tap. I've only had one disappointing Strange Brew experience several years ago, but since then it's been a great place to hang out with friends (or alone) and just chill.
A fine dive bar with music of some kind most nights. Food we have tried so far is just okay, but the staff seem really nice and yay popcorn! Selection of draft beer is impressive.

Strange brew is one of my favorite places to go in Manchester. I love the atmosphere, live music, and service I receive here. The food could be a little better though.
I really love this place. Great beer selection and they cut their fries in house. If that was all they had going for them, I'd be sold, but everything I've eaten there has been very good. I also love free popcorn and live music.

Came across these old pictures, so thought I would give a little review. If you are in Manchester and love craft beer, then you definitely need to pay this place a visit! This is a great place to have some great and strange craft beers (strange in a good way), as well as some great pub grub! Their chicken wings were awesome.
This is a very serious review... I am usually very wary about ordering burgers when I am out because I am usually pretty disappointed... But this burger (I got the mels diner burger) I mean... Absolutely amazing, one of the best burgers I've had in NH by a long shot. Oh and also the decor is perfect the live music is good and our service was top notch. On top of that this bar has the best beer selection in any bar/restaurant in Manchester.
Nice in here. Lot's of beers and hard liquor. Bartender was attentive and friendly. Tuesday is half priced appetizers and all beers are $4. They have a popcorn ? machine which is a nice gesture.
