I recommend putting a sign on your speaker in addition to the front door when you close outside normal business hours. I watched many customers sit at your speaker just waiting and not knowing you were even closed.
They made me the best mocha cookie crumble frappuccino . Literal perfection. Quick moving drive thru line too.
37th in line for 2 coffees...took roughly 45mins...coffees weren't made correctly, not enough staff to bother going back in...next time I'll make mine st home save the $12
Awful awful awful!!!!!! I waited in line for 20 minutes nobody was moving even a little no Starbucks is like this that I have ever been to so so so bad 1000% needs better management
I got a latte and asked if I could have some used coffee grounds for the garden. I got about 20lbs of grounds free! Worth more to me than the coffee, amazing.
I am done with those Starbucks!What do they have? BARELY ANY COFFEE they don't have anything and they are always "out". They don't keep a good stock of things and they always seem to be out of the dietary restrictions items and then they want to suggest you things that go against what you can consume.....STOP....just stop if someone is asking for a specific type of food and or drink then don't suggest something that's way off the spectrum.They need help, not just more people but more SENSE. Whoever manages this place needs restraining.This place gives Starbucks a terrible name.
Not impressed with this location at all every time we go here super slow u have employees that just stand there and talk instead of trying to get they orders to get customers on there way the coffees never taste how we ask them to be made very disappointed will never go back to this location paying 5 dollars for a coffee not made the way I ask is pretty redicouls on there end js
Never had a bad coffee yet, even when the order isn't exactly what I wanted it's still good enough I always finish it
Waited alil over 10 minutes for my toasted white chocolate frapachino w extra Expresso shot crumble topping cashier was nice wood have been great if there wasn't just one guy doing every single coffee order while there was four girls and a boss a cashier and some chick at the window taking orders would have helped out 10 minutes is a little bit too long for the price of that coffee
Like every other Starbucks and Coffee shop in New England there always busy and always on point.. Gave it 4 stars only because the employees are lack luster and very just uhhhhh robot type service. Have had worse service though so can't complain.. I just sometimes like service with a smile sometimes.... Lol
