Best pizza in Manchester!!Only four stars because one time my pizza was way under cooked. I had to toast it to cook it all the way.But otherwise they have great food and great prices.
Been here twice. Had problems both times.Keep trying to call, phone puts me on hold behind other callers. Took ten minutes. My turn comes up, nobody answers. Left on hold for 10 minutes this way, then someone picks up and hangs up. Calling again, I'm now 5th in line, again.The one time I manage to get my food delivered and it came late, cold, and without the toppings I payed for.Extremely inefficient and cumbersome answering system, coupled with poor service in general both times I've come here. Once is a fluke, can happen to anyone. Twice is a pattern. Plan to give one more attempt in the future.
My wife and I got Chicken finger subs for dinner with fries and paid about $30 for chicken tenders that were so hard and over cooked and old that my dog wouldn’t even eat it. Also correct me if I’m wrong, chicken tenders didn’t have bones . Almost choked on about 3 of them in our subs. We called to complain for a credit or something different same value and after sitting on hold for a half hour the girl told us all she will do is a $10 credit.. thanks sweetheart that covers half of a sub. And that came straight from the manager. Mind you we have spent a lot of money at this establishment. I understand prices going up because of gas and all that but quality doesn’t have to constantly go down with it. Keep your $10 credit. Clearly ya need it .
Had a delicious steak bomb today! it was perfect.
I ordered food for my grandparents. Their buffalo fries were soggy. The gyro looked it was stuffed in a big piece of dough. The lamb was dry and meat was cold. Although the fries were good yayy.
Just tried their pizza for the first time so I cant speak to anything else on the menu, but the pizza was fantastic. I have had so many bad experiences getting pizza from other places in manch and this place blew all of them out of the water. Solid Za!
0* If possible I’d give ZERO. Many years, great food, service, delivery. Past 2 years, food has declined, service is NON-EXISTENT, and we haven’t bothered with delivery since ordering food, waiting 2 hours with multiple calls leading to voicemail and food being “delivered” over an hour after closing, and after both myself and gf have fallen asleep. I called and apologized for that incident as I was still onboard. Since then, we have waited in “que” on the phone line for 10+ callers to be hung up on. We have had food a couple times with noticeably less portion than before, or just the random pieces of chicken at the bottom of fryer. Tonight, most recent my girlfriend recieved maybe 4/5 pieces of chicken, no sauce for her meal, and also found a sharp bone in a piece of her chicken TENDER. Place has deteriorated, become trash, as the people running the establishment. I can no longer believe this is all random and I would 10/10 recommend going elsewhere. I have never written a review, they say people only write when they have a bad experience, for me that’s true. But that’s how much this place doesn’t deserve your money. Every last chance I’ve given has played me a fool. You win souvlaki. You’ve won ourlast dollar. We’re done.
