I can’t say anything about the food because both employees walked away saying “im not here” leaving no one at the counter
Exceptional service! When I walked up to the counter to order I was greeted by a manager and staff that were happy, energetic and enthusiastic. They greeted me with a smile, got my order ready in no time flat, and at the end of it all, when the card reader was being difficult and I was about to cancel my order, the manager told me I was all set and not to worry about it! Talk about awesome customer service!!! And the food exceeded what I would typically expect at a mall food court!
Love going here with my kids! The people who work here are always helpful and super friendly! Here 3x a week food is always amazing
This place sucks. They just feel like canceling orders when ever they feel like.
Please know I'm not petty when it comes to reviews, I know people have bad days but there are some actions that need to be mentioned. The cashier asked the young woman how long it would take for a whole pizza, she responded something inaudible to my ears. When she responded she had the most "really, your going to make me work" look I've ever seen. I told the cashier never mind I didn't want to make her work and left. If you are that miserable maybe it's time to look for a different job! I will not be visiting this establishment again.
I ordered a slice of cheese pizza ? for my son. He devoured it! Service was okay. Mac and cheese ? available.
Chaos. Run by kids that don't like to answer the phone. So I called Doordash. Dasher told there was no order. I'm trying to order at least once a week to keep business afloat during pandemic. This one can drown, as I am never calling again.
On Sept.9th, I ordered 1 XLnpizza with meatballs and 1 XL with tomatoes along with a full size Cesar salad. When it was delivered, my salad was missing. I opened up the pizza box to find the salad ON MY PIZZA, DRESSING, LETTUCE AND CROUTONS! What IDIOT thought that was what I ordered!! I called the Mall several times and no one answered. I tried calling corporate and leaving a message via the website and it would not let me! My dinner was ruined and I had to reorder dinner elsewhere! Totally ridiculous! I was charge $6 for that salad too! I have a picture for proof if needed. Don't order from here!
My pasta was cold and under cooked the salad was brown and the pizza under cooked too I wish I could get a worse rating
