My family and I decided to go out and eat tonight only to have a wonderful experience! Blake was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond for us. The restaurant was very clean and organized. By far the best Sals I have been to yet. This night out will definitely stand out more than most because of how well we were taken care of. Would give it a 5, pizza is my favorite in Manchester, but I feel the prices are a little too high, they used to have a $5 lunch special, which was definitely a great value...
First I had ordered a pizza “crispy” not even close to what I received second I paid $4 for a canoli which I’ve gotten from sals on bridge st before. Normal size cannolis, only slightly over priced what I just received well u judge also if you can count take a look at the pizza. I specifically asked for it to be cut into 12, yea that was ignored tooI should have what I paid for not this
Sal's pizza slices have not been up to their usual standard. I will give them another chance but I have had 3 times that I went their for slices and 2 out of 3 I didn't order due to the age and look of their slices.
Customer service here is a joke. Customers coming in and all of the employees are in the back not even acknowledging people walking in and when they do come up to the front they don’t say anything until you initiate it first. Place needs to find some customer service skills. Order was placed online and was supposed to be done at 7:21 didn’t actually get it until 10 minutes later
Decent service and good pizza when you're in a rush.
My daughter sent me a pizza for my birthday. It came burnt and hard as a rock. Shame on Sal's for sending out that pizza

I’ve been ordering food from sells pizza for over five years and over the last year and a half the chicken is undercooked the pizza is never what you ask for and tonight picking up my order the supervisor or manager that was on duty was completely disingenuous and quite frankly I troglodyte. Customer service was terrible… Such a shame to lose one of my favorite pizza joints highly disappointing
