I had never heard of Puerto Vallarta mexican grill befor, till one of my co workers mentioned it on sunday during our shift at work and that the 6 of us ended up planning on coming here yesterday 6-14-2022. We work as nurses and nurses aids at a local nursing facility in the area on the 3-11 shift . I do apologies for not hearing about this restraunt before. I have to say that was the best tasting food and well portioned to. The service was great the waitor was very attentive. We were all very impressed and will defenitly be telling our friends to try out this restraunt and will defenilty be back again. I highly recommend Puerto Vallarta I did here that friday and the weekends are very busy here and i can see why.

I'll start right off and say the food is decent. We went on a Saturday around 1. Not many people in there at all maybe like 4 tables of people and a few people sitting at the bar. They stuck us in the corner which is fine but we sat there for over a half hour waiting for the waitress to come. My boyfriend actually had to get up and go get someone because people were coming in after us and there food and drinks were coming out very quickly. She finally came over didn't apologize and took our drink order. That kind of set the tone for us. The food wasn't bad at all but I'm not sure why it took forever to get service. There was plenty of waitresses there so thats not the case.

Ordered over $100 worth of food to go. I asked for an extra bag of Chips and said i was willing to pay extra. I was told I needed to order through the app and because I didn't they couldn't add. I thought it was rude and a poor decision to not accommodate. I ended up canceling the whole order. They didn't even blink an eye. Must be nice to lose a whole order over a $2 bag of chips. Business must be good.

Super quick stuff, food is out so quick! Very friendly stuff, amazing! I would give ten stars if I could. Will come back for sure!

Easily the best Mexican restaurant in Manchester!! The food and margaritas are 10/10! The service is always great, and the atmosphere is welcoming and clean. Highly recommend!

Food is always good whenever I go. Fair prices, good portions, what else do you want? Thanks keep up the good work.

Food was great. Guacamole was on point. Service was fast and efficient. Drinks were delicious and filled with tequila. Chips were warm. 9 out of 10. Highly recommend.

5 there was 5 tooth picks in my nachos. Y'all need to invistage your workers they are trying to harm people. Reported I've never ordered from y'all before. And did it through doordash. Totally disgusting. Will never ever eat here again.

We meet some of our friends for dinner. With the pandemic, it’s been over two years. Since the restaurant doesn’t take reservations as noted on their website, we arrived around 6:30 pm and waited over an hour to be seated. Limited seating and lack of waitstaff contributed to the problem. The management didn’t seem to care if patrons waited or left the establishment because the wait time was too long. When waiting indoors from the brutal cold outdoors, there was no place to stand even in the alcove. Only one chair was available for 10 people. Ouch!! The atmosphere was very worn and deteriorated with damage on the chairs and tables while the paint on the walls covered part of the electrical panel and other surfaces. It looked like a kid painted the place rather than a professional painter. A cart was being held together with silver duct tape. Ugly!! The waitstaff was running around serving large parties. There were too few servers for the volume of business. Everyone was was working very hard but the patrons stayed way too long. The tables weren’t turned over in a proper timeframe. The food freshness, taste and presentation was good. It was not as good as other authentic Mexican grills. The retried beans were tasty but were not made fresh. The salad ingredients were fresh. The chicken chimichanga were tasteless with a sour cream crepe. The Pina Vallarta was served inside a hollowed out pineapple, which was very eye pleasing but the food was too sweet without enough spice. The Los Amigos with shredded beef was good but nothing for positive comment. The better part of the meal was the dessert including churros and fried ice cream but that’s not saying much. If anyone enjoys real authentic Mexican food, this is not the place to dine.

Lived out West for many years, had several Mexican friends and eaten in countless Mexican restaurants. Though not experts, we are somewhat familiar with authentic, well-prepared Mexican food. Sadly, this was not it. PROS: • The best part of the experience was the service - everyone was polite, attentive and friendly. • The atmosphere was attractive as well. CONS: • From the perspective of flavor, the food was somewhat mediocre, flavors not well-distinguished and was just passable. • Plates were over-sauced. • Meat dish had very little actual meat. And what little meat was there, was swimming in sauce. • Coffee was OK but not refillable. That is, we were charged for each cup separately. Not right. • And the overall experience, therefore, was as a result, overpriced. Prices per dish seemed just too high for what we believed we received. • We had high hopes upon entering the place. The 4 of us felt it was just OK and not necessarily worth a return trip...unfortunately. We offer our feedback to the Owners in the hopes that they will consider it and if they agree, consider it of value in helping them to make improvements and as a result, grow their business. This is all just our opinion, based upon our single experience. It is not necessarily representative of the feelings of others. Some others love the place. Please visit the place and form your own opinion. Thanks for reading.
