Invited my grandson to join hubby and I for a quick pizza, he said no their pizzas were nasty. He was a tad harsh on them, BUT..I was disappointed with the taste and quality of the pizza...not like I remembered.

I’m not sure how this place has become so bad. It was so much better when their old owner was there. I believe his name was Matt. Whenever I had an issue, which was very few, he was able to resolve them no problem. My latest experience was awful. I ordered a pizza and fries and asked how long. They told me about an hour. It came two hours later, cold and disgusting. Called to complain and had the most awful customer service experience i’ve ever had. Definitely won’t be back - steer clear!

Gluten free Pizza used to be a standard thin crust on a pan with alternative flour. Now it's a god awful moist cauliflower, no pan. Manager argued "I've worked here for five years and its always been Cauliflower".I assure you, as a household who's ordered that for years here, it wasn't. Thanks for screwing us out of 20 bucks. Also don't order a Franchise Pizza because they'll just give you french fries and blink blandly at you even though you've confirmed with them multiple times that it was what they called one of their pizza's.

Ordered a steak and cheese bomb and literally went to the bathroom 15 minutes later and threw it all up. This sub had just as much fat and chewy inedible pieces as it did edible pieces. I have given this place try after try after try. They are always slow, rarely get the orders right and the most expensive pizza/sub shop place in town. I could guarantee that the owners wouldn't even eat most of the food that comes out of this kitchen. It's funny that half of their reviews are like this and things don't change. When they opened it was the place to go and now its just the place loyal customers have to turn their backs on. The quality of all of their food has just plummeted while the prices climb. Oh well

I ordered for delivery wanted to use my son gift vouchers he got for Christmas. I was told no can only use vouchers in store.I placed my order and when I asked how long for delivery I was told 2 hours. I told them fine I will come pick up my self. The was told I already charged you card now I canceled and had to ring it up again.I got charged twice and now have to wait for the cancellation to clear with my bank as it is holding up funds.

When hot and fresh this is top knotch pizza. It doesn't reheat as well as others, so just eat it all the first time. The cinnamon desert pizza... mmmmmmmm

2nd time ordering loaded cheesy fries with raw bacon. asked for extra crispy this time and still got some raw pieces, and the chicken on my sub was so dry. never ordering again so disgusting and lost appetite

I'm no critic of food but this was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. If you'd like to simulate the experience at home just throw some cheese, chicken and no sauce on a piece of 3 day old cardboard and eat it. The girl working the counter was nice, otherwise it would have been one star. Waste of my money.

Place used to be the “go to” this side town. You could expect your food delivered hot and within 30 minutes. The last half a dozen times we’ve ordered had been abysmal. Uncaring staff, cold food, and 2+ hour wait times. Seems like management likes to blame “new staff” for their downward spiral and current plight. Fact is that if they were competent owners and management they wouldn’t have had constant turnover 2 years running. Not worth it.

So I have nothin bad to say about the food. But when you only live 11 mins away and you wait 2 hours to get cold food and no reimbursement or at least half off or at least something. Hire more people if you can handle the work load.
