Ate inside and ordered a draft beer which tasted funny. Almost like it was flat or sitting in the line too long. Definitely not right. The pizza was the most bland pizza I’ve ever had as well. Didn’t taste cheesy, almost like some really really low quality mozzarella. Pretty much what I would expect fake mozzarella to taste like. Won’t eat here again.
I was at piazza 911 about 13 minutes ago. I only order 3 steak and cheese but 1 with no pickles only. None of my service has was right very little meat I no ketchup no mayonnaise like I ask this has been the worst service I’ve ever received in 48 years of my life this is ridiculous and then I was charge 30 dollars for the three Subs this is not honest business do the job or get the “hell out “
AMAZING! We ordered a few different items and all of it was delicious! Too bad it’s far from home but we will definitely be coming back when we are up in this area. Staff was awesome and attentive. The kids received gummy bears! Beautiful and clean space.Please promote it more or something that will catch more attention because it truly is a nice spot, great food and awesome customer service!
Delicious food and drinks. Fast friendly service and large portions of food. Plenty of parking and lots of seating! Very helpful staff.
They are always more than happy to modify any order on their menu for me! This goes a long way in my book!
This location is more focused on restaurant dining, unlike their other location on Webster which is more like a sub shop. Willow st pizza 911 is a great place to bring ur family for a meal, exspeciallly if you like your privacy, and hate when restaurant staff stare at you.The food selection is great and not that pricy compared to the food to price ratio that other places have. Dakota is amazing and so is the new girl with red hair. This place js great!
For cheap pizza this is one of the better places in town. A tip though ALWAYS ask for extra pizza sauce. They do not use nearly enough and it's the best parts!
So I ordered 2 pizzas cheese half pepperoni and the big Mac pizza. Got the big Mac opened the box and it was green peppers instead of pickles. Called the the young lady I spoke to was very nice understanding and polite, I however wasn't able to get it delivered as the wait time would have been very lengthy so I picked it up. Got it home opened the box pickles this time as it should be but unfortunately lacked enough of the Mac sauce to make it what it should be. Very disappointed.
I love pizza 911. My favorite part is the tiny gummy bears you get when they deliver so I want to get delivery all the time but also love to eat it
The food was very good, cane out quick and was good. The service was friendly and helpful. There was a nice selection to order from
