Absolutely love this Papa John's Pizza food and location! Family & I have been ordering from here once a week this past month. Food here has been consistent which is so important!! Pizza sauce is sweet which is rare to find nowadays and our favorite is NY style Pepperoni pizza! The Cinnamon pull apart are also our favorite. Staffs are very friendly there which is also a plus. Highly recommended
My first Papa John’s pizza ….Ordered large original crust pizza with extra cheese and half hamburger. How PATHETIC this pizza is. There’s hardly any cheese, I think there’s maybe 6 pieces of hamburger and it’s like eating a sponge. There’s enough sauce on it for a full spaghetti dinner!! Paid $23.56 for it to be delivered and gave a $5 tip. Needless to say it will be my LAST pizza at Papa John’s!!! The one star is for the girl who answered the phone and the delivery guy was nice.Just noticed….even one of my dogs threw it up!
The Manager Sam is top tier every time I go there she is so jovial, attentive and her customer service and care goes above and beyond. its definitely a breath of fresh air to be able to not dread a customer service interaction in this day and age... would have given ten stars if provided with the option.
Papa John's pizza is one of my preferred chain pizza places thats open late, standard fair and good service! Haven't had a problem and will visit again.
Papa John's has had the best pizza for over 20 Years. The pizza comes with pepperocini pepper on the side along with garlic butter sauce. The crust has a very good taste. Wish there was one closer to where I live.
Drivers refuse to bring you your food to your floor. Forgets food both driver and manager were extremely rude about the hole interaction I suggest don't be a delivery driver if you don't want to deliver food. Also don't be a pizza place store manager if you can't get orders out the door out the doors with out missing half the order
This was my favorite spot to eat until tonight . If I can give zero stars I would . I ordered 35xx worth of food from my app per usual . Waited almost an hour to see my order had been cancelled . I called the store idk if it was the owner that answered or his worker before I can even finish my sentence about my order being cancelled, he yells WHATS YOUR ADDRESS !! whatever , I tell him and ask him why . His response ? Your phone number is outdated (mind you it’s been outdated on the app and I never have issues with delivery) especially since door bells exist . Anyway so because my number is outdated and the delivery driver was a WOMEN she refused to get out her car and deliver to my single family home because she don’t know me as he says ! Like ew seriously ? Grow up or get another job . Then he wants to tell me to go eff off and refused to give me cooperates number telling me to find me my effing self .. never ordering from there again . I also called customer service and they submitted a ticket to cooperate so let’s see if something will be done .
It’s amazing how much and how many times this store screws up my order. It’s about a 95 % failure rate. IF YOU CHARGE US DELIVER THE ITEMS. it’s not difficult AT ALL!! And what good is offering to have the driver come back out, my foods already getting cold.
We ordered a pizza today, a large Ny style pepperoni pizza. Pizza tasted ok but not even close to the best. The forgot my pepperonis and didn’t even cut it. I gave 2 stars because I didn’t get what I paid for and they were lazy.
If you ever try to order delivery while you're at work, be prepared to not receve your dipping sauces or sides at all. This is three times in a row it was apparently too difficult for someone to put a dipping sauce in a pizza box. The food is good if you actually get what you order, which is the most disappointing part. Lots of potential, but employees need to care more
