Joanie is the GOAT for catering!Phenomenal service, beautiful attention to detail, delicious food, super kind, and goes the extra mile! This was the best experience with catering I've had, and I've ordered a lot of catering over the years. So grateful for this Panera for overdelivering by default.Tip her well and tell your friends ??

I went here to eat the other day and it reminded me when I used to go 15 years ago. Same decor and sticky tables. The food is the same but smaller portions and higher prices. You could tell they needed staff, nothing was clean.

Good food & nice service best for breakfast & bakery food on price. Lunch/Dinner a little pricey for what you are getting

Food is always good I just wish the service was. I use curb side pick-up. Several times it's happened where I had to call and say I've been waiting 15-20 min for my food to come out. By then my break is over so I have no time to eat.

The food is always yummy! No doubt about that. But the employees were not the most pleasant. It wasn't very clean. And the ordering your food process is kind of confusing.

Very clean, staff was nice and the service was quick. You're getting good quality food and ingredients at a fast pace. Good if you need a quick bite but don't want all the grease.

Fresh food every time. I don't see browned avocado on my sandwiches ever. Its the little things that matter.

Food came out quick!

I walked in at 8:55 A.M. with no lines no waiting to order at register. It took 4 minutes for someone to acknowledge me (older, shorter lady with hat and glasses) to order a bagel pack. She then proceeded to make frozen coffees. Two people came in after me ordered ice coffee's and left. It took another 12 minutes for me to receive my 13 non cut bagels and 2 cream cheese's. It took me less time to drive back and forth from outside of Manchester. Just can't find good help these days.

While the food is tasty, I'm not sure it's $12 for a sandwich tasty. Still, it performs an at least serviceable pantomime of class.
