I love Olive Garden To Go! They always do a perfect job placing and packing your food order! You know a restaurant has excellent take-out when you no longer have to search through the bag to double check your order! They always get it right! Also, the take out is always packed perfectly so nothing spills. Yummy and Happy!
Ate here tonight and the waitress was wonderful. My Chicken Parm was very salty. Drank two sodas and could have drank more. Could only finish half my meal. This isn't the first time my food has been too salty here. My wife had the Chicken Marsella and she usually loves it but a little too salty tonight. This place loves salt. Thankful for our super waitress so the night wasn't ruined totally.
Our waitress was on her 2nd day and did awesome! Better than m9st that have been working for YEARS! My first time going to OG and she made it enjoyable. Hope to have her the next time we go
If I could give zero stars, I would.We went in for lunch today & it was very quiet at 130. Had to wait to be seated by hostess as she seated another party of 5 in a different area from where we were seated. We were told Colby would be our server. He had 1 party that left as we arrived & one other table in his station.He did not approach us as he took care of couple that left. We waited 20 minutes, 2 other servers walked by us, as well as a bus person with no acknowledgement.We did use the "call server" device on our table, with no response. As we left we told the hostess that we were leaving as no one helped us. Her response was to say "Grrrr, I told him!" She then said she was sorry, but made NO effort to offer us another option. She just let us walk.Very poor customer service/relations.
Fantastic dinner tonight, and every time we visit. Our waitress was attentive and ensured we were happy with our orders, even though she was incredible busy (as was the whole place)! Never ending salad, soup, and breadsticks is always a win - such a simple salad but OG dressing is just amazing. So good!
Have been in a long time, took 20 min to get our drinks. Then waited another 20 min for the waiter to bring out the appetizers we had ordered. They decided we didn't need our salad and bread sticks till we got our appetizers. So service was lacking. However the food was still good.
The wait is too long. Then the servers rush you to order and they bring out the bottomless breadsticks and salad with 15 minutes until your meal comes so you can't enjoy the salads plus that way you only get 1 small helping of salad an a couple breadsticks... the servers won't even offer more of either 1...I have been here in over a yr and its going to be longer before I go back again... this used to be our date night regular but we've found much better places. Won't be back...
Service was very good, n wait time was not bad at all. Waitress was nice, however i didn't give it a 10 because I had to ask the waitress for napkins 4 times before she remembered to get them for me. Also they messed up my take home meal. I got chicken & broccoli and no pasta i didn't notice till i got home. The pasta was what I mainly was looking forward to. Even with them little tiny hip cups we still enjoyed our dinner. Thank you to all the people that made the evening so good.?
Good restaurant but always crowded….. space is very limited I prefer to drive 20 min and eat at the Concord NH Location…. Food there is much more delicious and the staff there treats you with care….. different than this location were you are almost kicked out when you finish your dishes …. And staff don’t even check your table to see if you need something…..
Edit: management reached out and ensured they would work to improve. I appreciate their follow up.26th anniversary and we decided Olive Garden. It was where we went on our first ever date as well. We have been to many Olive Gardens in many different states in the last 26 years and all of them were excellent food and experience. Why not go again? Can't go wrong. First to come out was our drinks 2 Italian margaritas. They tasted like a cheap drink mix bought at the grocery store. We explained this to whom looked like a manager but she insisted they were the same at all Olive Gardens. We have had Italian margaritas so many times and this was not the same. The food was not that good either. It was dry. Not the quality we usually get. The waitress barely checked on us. I can understand if it is busy sure. I thought maybe she has alot of tables. Not the case. As I was leaving I saw 10+ employees socializing and not working.
