Fantastic service, even with the 45 minute wait. We were unaware it was bike week and graduation weekend for the area schools but the staff worked hard and quickly turned over tables while still providing excellent service. The banana bread french toast was divine, and the homemade ham was the best I've ever had. I was calling friends to boast about how delicious it was!
We have been to MoeJoes many times. Sometimes it was good and sometimes not. Think today was the last time for us. Had a terrible experience with the food and on top of that, we are very concerned that we keep getting the worst waitress you have!First of all, I couldn’t eat the meal I ordered for breakfast. Definitely the worst veggie omelet I have ever gotten, barely any egg, veggies were awful and the home potatoes were hard and tasted stale. And I ordered a English muffin. Where do you think real English muffins come from , definitely not yours.Then, your old lousy waitress who always makes comments and is very negative should be retired! Guess she wasn’t happy because we both ordered coffee half regular, have decaf. She told us we should order 2cups of coffee 1 of each as this is difficult for her to carry two pots of coffee....really? And her facial expressions are not what we pay for...... her name is Sonia!The worst part is having to pay for something that I can’t consume.We even had booked a small gathering in early April after a funeral. No record of it there and of course guess who the waitress was and she was all alone and let us know it. We proceeded to the Backroom and have a perfect time. Your loss......
Disappointing. This used to be a favorite place. I understand that Mother's day is a super busy day but the hostess was no where to be found. When she did come out to take names, she told everyone it was a 30 minute wait even though some had been waiting 90 minutes. Lots of empty tables; they must be super short staffed.
They were struggling with the ice cream section. Ice cream tasted very good but slow in coming out. They didn't get my order correct so when they fixed it they didn't give me any hot fudge for my sundae.
Service is awful! You will wait forever! Food is less than desirable! I normally do not leave bad reviews and have been here several times. But it doesn't change! The food sucks and and service is worse. Should have stuck with the east industrial location. Now that food is amazing but service never has a smile.
I went to get ice cream for my husband and I at the window arriving at least 10 minutes prior to 8:00pm which I was told is when the ice cream window closed. I stood waiting as the employee behind the window was working on an order so I patiently waited. In the meantime another employee came up and shut the open sign off and looked me in the eyes while locking the windows not once saying a word to let me know they would not be taking anymore orders. I called and spoke to someone who was very apologetic, we have never had a bad experience prior to this however, as someone who has worked in both the food and customer service industry I was appalled by this employees lack of professionalism.

Went in on Sunday and my experience was amazing! Tracy was so good!! It was busy and she was always checking on us and made us feel welcomed and at home!! Best service I’ve had there in a long time!! Can’t wait to go back!! Thank you Moe Joes and Tracy!! ?
I love this place, all the staff is amazing except for this new girl Tracey!! She's rude and not very nice!! wish I knew her shifts so I could avoid her all together!!
Wife enjoyed her omelette and I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich ask for the Portuguese Muffin ...!
