This particular Manchester Mickey D's was exactly what we needed. On a road trip, we took the drive-thru, which was absolutely packed with people. While the wait was longer than expected by a ways, it was deeply worthwhile - the food (2 Deluxe burger meals) was all fresh, hot, and delicious, not to mention satisfying. My spouse gleefully recalled that the fries tasted exactly how they remembered. They even found that, upon reaching into the bag, the fragrant pickles' scent emerged, which added to the experience.Also good to mention that the Play Place out front looked utterly abandoned in the dark evening light, so we had fun swapping made-up horror stories centering around it while waiting in the drive-thru. Great stuff all around!
Slowest drive-through and they have teens that have no Manners or know how to act when working. While at the window paying for my food i noticed these people have no dress code and wear whatever they want. While waiting for my food i watched the lady that was bagging the food grab couple fries out of someone’s fry bag and eat them ??♀️ oh and no gloves while touching food
Staff cursed me out because I asked for a vanilla ice cream in a cone. The young man handling my simple order got the whole crew wound up over a simple mix-up on his end. I asked for an ice cream in a cone, they misunderstood and thought I wanted it in a dish.. Which resulted in a woman coming up to the window and going off on me in front of my young son. By far, worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Do not recommend this establishment to anyone. Especially someone with a far more complicated order!
Their app is fantastic! I believe it's rated as one of the best fast food apps out there for their points system/freebies. Order online & pay. When you pull up to the drive thru they know you've arrived, usually also your order number. While you drive up they put together order fresh. I've gone here for years and very seldom have I had an issue. Very friendly staff.
Slowest drive-through I've ever been to. I thought "maybe they are just swamped with orders." Then I pulled up and saw a girl leaning on the front desk doing I don't even know while everyone else was running around. Sorry, a restaurant should be "all hands on," no one standing around... especially when they have a huge line of cars. Just saying...
Lady tried to give me a medium drink in the drive thru. When I politely informed her I ordered a large, she scoffed, put it in a bigger container and just threw a bunch of ice in it. I know it's the same price, but when an order is a large, that means they want more of the drink, not more ice...
Ordered a Big Mac. And what happened to the sesame seeds. There must’ve been a ghost that took them. And also a penny pincher for there sesame seeds. There’s not a lot and can count them all in 10 seconds but all the food tasted fine.
This McDonald's advertises as 24/7 but several times that I've been here past 10:00 they've been closed with employees cleaning inside/smoking.Edit: Not sure if a power that be read this review, but they've updated their Google page to reflect accurate times (5am to 2am) and the restaurant was open at 1:40 am.Now that I've eaten here, some thoughts:Always super busy, better than your usual Manchester parking lot in terms of accessibility and ease of access.It's McDonald's, the food here is okay. Fries were fresh and salted but the regular meat definitely was past it's timer (not even warm, very dry).I LOVE fake nails, especially the long ones (that basically cripple you from doing most things easily lol)and I've never given a thought to whether I'd be okay with a fast food worker having such nails until this McDonald's.The answer is no when I think about how often and how gross it was to clean under my fake nails.Overall 3/5 stars, negatives being okay food, slow serve times, and the lady with the super long nails. Positives being fries, location, aesthetics of restaurant, and the employees (including fake nail lady) were quick and professional.

I have gone here on 3 separate occasions in the past. Maybe past 2 months and there is never soap in the ladies room. Last 2 times we ended up using the bathroom and leaving without ordering. Employees that don’t wash their hands while handling food doesn’t sit well with me.
