I have traveled between New Hampshire and North Carolina stopping at many McDonald’s and this is the absolute worst one I’ve ever been to. The employees are extremely rude and they never make your order correctly. They never say thank you or have a nice day just rude and Inconsiderate.
It took a half hour to get a burnt quarter pounder and a small fry. It was not a special order. When I opened the nag after waiting a 1/2 hour my burger was cold burnt and stiff like cardboard. I paid almost 13 dollars for that. Never again. I don't eat there often and this experience reminded me why I don't go to the South Willow st McDonalds in Manchester nh.
Actually pretty quick, this time. 11:30am, and there were only 2 people in front of us at the drive through. We were through pretty quick (parking lot half empty, too... strange for being lunch hour on a week day)
Will you make or order at McDonald's. Make sure you speak clearly and they understand what you're saying. Because there's times they messed up my order. But still a good place
If I could give this place a no star I would, the customer service there needs work! yesturday i went there and had placed a mobile order and my sister placed a order afterwards the order taker for drive through was unprofessional along with the employee at the second window. They need to train new people cause that was just horrible
The lobby is closed, and there was a line of cars... 20-25 minutes to pick up a mobile order consisting of an ice coffee & medium fries (& we had to remind them of the fries, and they were not "hot").
Service is way too slow first fast food and I didn't even get food I got two drinks and it took them over a half an hour to get it to me
Ive come here multiple times ar different times of the day and im always waiting 15-20 for a cheeseburger. Almost everybody here has an attitude. The old lady with the grey hair that works the register is rude as all h***. The young girl that works register acts like she cant here anything youre saying (make sure you yell when shes taking your order) . Most of the time nobody is even at the register and everybody in the back is just staring and smirking at you. Its sad that these people get paid more than minimum and act like this. UNLESS YOU HAVE 45 MINUTES TO WAIT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
The food was hot but the drive through was clogged and most had to pull over anf wait in a spot.for food order to be completed.
We waited in line for over half an hour. Drink was half full. Iced coffee was watery milk with seemingly no coffee. Ice cream was shoved into a cup and we had to ask for a spoon. Horrible experience.
