Giving one star was generous! We ordered from Luisa's tonight. I purchased a chicken parmesan dinner. The chicken was black and burned. I don't know how anyone would send out food that was so burnt! While my daughter was picking up our dinner, the person cooking decided he was going to leave with food on the grill to go to McDonald's to get himself a shake!! It's no wonder food gets burned! After spending $15 for a pasta dinner from here, I expected it to be edible! Never going back!
My fiance and I have been getting luisas since we moved to Manchester 2 years ago... Our go to pizza place. However tonight I had a terrible experience where I drove from my job in Exeter over 30 minutes away after being told 15 minutes for our order. Upon arriving I'm told that my pizza hasn't been made and was forgotten so I wait another 30 or so minutes for the pizza just to get home and find that I have cold soggy fries. Literally slimey soaking wet fries! I mean c'mon If you didn't make the pizza don't serve me the fries you cooked an hour ago.... START ANOTHER BATCH TO SEND OUT WITH THE "FORGOTTEN" PIZZA. Ridiculous unfortunately I do not think we will be going to luisas anymore guess its the hut or dominos from now on.
The good news is delivery through DoorDash was quick and efficient…The meatballs tasted the meat in beef-a-Roni. The calzone was oddly thin but also very soggy. Definitely will be going somewhere else.
They made me a chicken caprese panini today when it's no longer on the menu. It was delicious! I appreciate the extra effort!! Thank you!!
Ordered a calzone through door dash. Got a pizza. Called to have a new calzone delivered. Got what you see in the picture. Called back to say this is not a calzone and was told that's the way she's been making them for 3 years and there was nothing wrong with it. Cut an edge off. As you can see, it's a strange pizza.
Huge fan of the mini pesto pizza, though I miss the pine nuts. Nice people. Order at the counter, sit down and they bring it to you. Restrooms are always clean.
Great place for a team to get a quality meal! The food was terrific, the order was correct and delivered on time to very hungry collegiate athletes. We will definitely return when we are in the area by SNHU and St. Anselm’s. Thanks for all of your help.
They advertise their french fries are crispy, they are not. They are soggy and taste like grocery store frozen fries. I ordered 2 Italian subs and they didn't put any veggies on them. You can tell the people that work here do not care about making good food.
2 stars because my boyfriend ordered a teriyaki wrap and we received a sub, and my calzone wasn’t good. it was soggy and chicken wasn’t cut up just placed big pieces. onion rings were good. do not recommend this place
Make sure you order in person they don’t do well with app or phone orders. Otherwise great delivery service and food
