This place is a hot mess. We have attempted to go there on two consecutive days, and both days they were closed. This information was not communicated on Google maps.-Yesterday, they closed early for some unknown reason.-Today, they closed until further notice because the AC is broken. Before these times, they've also lacked boba every other time.So please don't waste your money or time here and spend it at another bubble tea place that will actually provide the bare minimum.*Side note: I've never publicly reviewed a place poorly before. This bubble tea place just happens to be the worst.

Great taste and many options to choose from. This is a place you want to visit many times to try all types of bubble tea

Kung Fu Tea has delicious tea but this location has run into some issues with it’s overall customer service and demeanor of staff. Many of the reviews here echo the same sentiment that the staff is disorganized at best and outright rude at worst. My reason for posting is due to my encounter yesterday. I ordered 2 milk teas on the app (as I have done numerous times before) and arrived at the storefront after the specified time of completion. Upon walking in, I was told by a staff member that my drinks would be ready shortly. I sat down and waited for about 10 more minutes, while noticing that there were two milk teas sitting in the fridge beneath the pickup counter. During this time, the staff member making drinks would not acknowledge my presence despite me walking up to the counter and attempting to get her attention. I then approached the cashier and asked if the two teas in the fridge were mine, and was given them after I pointed out the small blunder. When I had the teas in hand, I asked the staff why I was instructed to wait for 10 extra minutes when the tea had been ready the entire time. The two staff members immediately became defensive and quoted their policy of online ordering, stating that completed drinks are to be put in the fridge when ordered online. I reminded them that the problem at hand was due to me waiting for an unnecessary amount of time, only to be told to “have a nice day” as if I were the one causing an issue.I believe the staff here need to be more organized and communicative. This wasn’t the only time I’ve seen them make this mistake. As other reviews have stated, the staff here can be a hit or miss depending on when you go. Great tea, though!

Too sweet for me. My diabetes can be triggered by this cup of milk tea.I bought a milk tea, but taste neither like milk, nor tea.I feel I am drinking sugar bomb.Nashua kungfu tea. I am sorry you lost me as your customer.

This is the worst location of Kung Fu tea, I have visited. Staff is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional including the manager. I NEVER write reviews but I had to write this one because I refuse to be disrespected and mistreated where I spend my money. NEVER will you gain a penny from me again and I hope people who experience the same customer service do the same. This is my last incident with them. The dosage with the drinks is awful. I bought drinks there and had to trash them because it was not drinkable. Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from this store. I took it upon myself to reorder online and I didn't have the option to have extra boba and added in the comment that I would like extra boba if possible. When my order was delivered, they wrote on my cup "Extra boba is more money". Sure, I dont mind paying an extra 65 cents so I called them to say, can you please add the option of extra boba online so that clients to not have to ask for it in the instructions. Unfortunately for me, the staff started yelling at me telling me that it is online and that she has ordered many times online and seen that option and that I should simply pay for it and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and got yelled back some more by another staff claiming to be the manager. Hire people that can take feedback well, it did not have to be that intense plus, the "extra boba" option is still not on the app although the first staff I spoke to called me a liar. It was as simple as not writing on my cup if you did not want any feedback or maybe accepting my feedback and saying that you would look into adding the option for extra boba. For full transparency, I have added the screen shot of Doordash ordering menu. I am not a liar but most importantly not a fool.I repeat! Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from this store!

Love the company. The drinks are awesome. The service is okay, however there should be a dress code. I went there this morning and one girl was wearing a top that showed most of her stomach along with her wearing leggings that you could just about see through. The look is not professional at all.

The drinks were pretty good but the staff were not very friendly. The cashier volunteered that they accept cash tips out of nowhere while my little sister was ordering, and rolled her eyes at mt sisterwhen she replied "oh, ok...". The staff was pretty dismissive overall during our whole visit, and could be seen swishing around the boba in our drinks (idk if that's part of the process, but it kinda looked like they were just playing around with it). They were also all wearing what looked like pajamas, which seemed kinda unprofessional but on-par with some other reviews I've read here. I thought maybe the other bad reviews were exaggerating, but apparently not. 3 stars are only because the tea was primo

I love Kung Fu Tea. I've been to multiple locations around MA/NH and really enjoy their menu and the quality of their bubble tea. However, with this particular location, I find they often forget to decrease the amount of sugar in my order when I ask for it (I always like to order 30% sugar). This has happened 3-4 times at this location already, so I know it's a recurring problem. It's a shame, because otherwise the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Update: A Huge improvement from Summer. Seems they have some new people working. Still very nice as always and its a lot cleaner. Love the Matcha Milk tea and So happy that they have Oatmilk as an Option now.I go here often with my daughter and while we love this place they seem to always be out of something every single time we go but one thing that really struck a nerve with me this time was when I got all 3 of my drinks they all had hair on them.. While the girls were very nice I cant compromise at all when it comes to that. My daughter actually ended up with hair in her mouth. And there was a Very LONG hair on both of our other 2 drinks. Maybe pull ur hair into a ponytail Atleast. Also, I know the girls are young.. maybe teens and they are very sweet but the lack of care in how they are in the store, Clothes hanging off of them and honestly not looking very clean makes me understand why there was hair all over my drinks. I REALLY Hope you all read these reviews because that alone has me looking up another Boba Tea place..

I think it's ridiculous that a large Milk Tea with no toppings cost $7. The large size isn't even that big and it costs extra just to add tapioca(bubbles). Having lived in NY, Bubble Tea's didn't cost as much and bubbles were added by default without having to pay extra. Even a large Frappuccino in Starbucks costs $6. Since this place first opened, I've visited about 4-5 times because it's overpriced and nothing about it is special really. Kung Fu Tea at it's best is a mediocre Bubble Tea franchise and I wish a different franchise that serves better Bubble Tea's would open in the area so I wouldn't mind paying $7 for a drink. I hope at least the employees are getting paid fairly because I see a lot of young people working there. If you've never tried Bubble Tea and really want to, you should give this place a try but don't add more than 1 toppings because the more you add, the more your drink costs and the less drink you get.
