Although this location is supposedly open until 10 pm they seemingly never have very many items available after 8 pm. I work nights so my dinner time is later than most. I was there tonight at 8 and was told they had no chicken or even sandwiches available and was told to NOT come there that time of night (8 pm) if I wanted anything but dried out garbage. Not the first time this has happened but it will be the last as I won’t be going back there no matter what time of day. Don’t waste your time in drive thru if its night time…Close after your dinner rush if you don’t want to serve folks your full menu until you close.
When to the location on second st, ordered at drive thru got to window and was told the do not accept cash as a legal form of payment. Asked why girl at window said no idea, asked to speak to a manager was told no one available.
This pathetic thing is supposed to be the Chicken sandwich that is advetised in TV as a big, succulent better choice to Popeyes. What a joke. Dry, stale bun, and two chicken strips - how is this even close to what is advertised? Don’t waste your $5.50.
Placed an online order at home. Went to the restaurant and followed instructions from website to pick it up. Tried to go to the pick up stand and the doors were locked with no signs. Went to Drive thru and told them I was picking up an online order. They told me all online orders have been refunded because they shut off mobile orders. I informed them that their online ordering was still in fact on, checked my account, and certainly the 30$ was in fact deducted. They then informed me the ordering was still on , but they weren't making them because there was three people in the store. I told them I understood and would just like a refund. A belligerent employee came over the speaker screaming I wasn't getting a refund or food and that I needed to leave or she's calling the cops. I informed her she could and they would hopefully convince her to give me my goods or return the money they took. She then over her headset was broadcastING the police call. I left the store raging and From the looks of there are alot of mistreated customers by the hands of your star employees. Way to ruin KFC for me. I'm pregnant and only crave it, but you bet I WILL NEVER return.
I ordered a 12 pc tender dinner and when i got to the window thwy were out of tenders. He ask what i wanted i ask for breast meat he gave me a bucket full and charged same price. Good business
They are always busy at tbis KFC. Kudos to them for the fast pace they always seem to be at. The food and people are great here.
Just now went through drive through and was literally told they only had 8 pieces of chicken and they couldn't sell me a 16 piece meal. Seriously you are a chicken place. Maybe they should close down or put a sign out that says no ? ?. My husband and I laughed so hard, because you can't make this stuff up. If I could give a 0 star I would.

This location is supposed to close at 11 pm but yet they closed at 9:57 pm.Someone needs to call the owner or get me in touch with the owner because this seems to happen often with this location, I will be happy to contact corp regarding the children that work here and do things how they want. I also noticed that when they say they are closed they still accept online orders. Very unprofessional and they are the worst representatives of this company.
More than 1 worker here is ignorant, untrained, or just straight rude (second st. in MANCHESTER, New Hampshire) particularly the girl who answered the phone for said location on March 4th at 12:15pm and told me what's incorrect about the menu online I saw for the $20 fill up on their menu- and then they answered how much is that now and what's the next size up deal include, and when I ask how much to add a LG side to THE NEW DEAL THATS NOT ONLINEEEE THEY THEN SCOFF, FORGET TO SAY 'PLEASE HOLD' or anything; ANDDDD DO NOT EVEN MUTE THEIR PHONE ! While then saying after putting the phone down "she's asking questions she can see online! And I got someone else here right now!" And then hanging up after I said I just informed Herod what I saw online sorry and heard that asked for her name and she then hung u,p. Then I called backed 2 times and NOBODY AT ALL answered the phones...I have a reason for my call, ok m trying to feed an entire family plus guest's while using the company you are employed at and have financial struggles and a budget. That was entirely UNNECESSARY for more than one reason.Anyone can understand a BAD DAY but this is YOUR JOB LITERALLY. And the fact she wouldn't give her name and hung up then ignored my calls says ALOT about why you should be spoken with or fired. PERIOD. I did nothing to deserve such treatment. And though I'm a very understanding person, I found you taking out whatever problem you had going on personally, if not just a bad attitude and lack of customers service skills (because this may have happened and you've been warned before I would not doubt) 100% Unworthy of future employment without discussion of this BSincident! Do better. I will be contacting your location and corporate.
