We had the most disappointing experience at Iguana's last evening. My margarita was not drinkable. My husband's vodka and soda water was almost straight up alchohol. The two appetizers that we ordered showed up 20 minutes apart from each other and we had a hard time getting the staffs attention to request small plates as there were three of us sharing the appetizers. My overcooked chiken fajita came out 25 minutes before the other two meals came out. When I finally asked the server to bring out my wraps so I could start eating before my meal got cold she walked away. When my husband and son did receive their food we had to ask for the wraps again and only two were brought to the table. The waitress argued with us when my husband asked for his. This was our second visit and our son has gone several times. The owner was not present in the front of the house last night and I wonder if that is why the experience was so horrible. The first time we went it was great. The owner greeted our son as he remembered him. The server we had suggested some great food and food came out together.Based on the horrible experience we had last night we will not go back. Such a shame.
Real good food and the drinks tasted like fresh ingredients. The owner was very nice. I'll definitely return again.
Great place. Good drinks and they want you to be happy. It is a Mom and Pop place with food made with love.
The food was delicious and the service was very quick and friendly. The owners were so kind and fun. Can't wait to go back!
Food was fantastic! Everything was fresh and flavorful. Portions were huge. The staff was super nice.. I'm glad to have a place like this in the neighborhood!
Food was great service was great margaritas were a little bit sweet but good amount of alcohol in them.
This is a great new find. The menu has a large variety of dishes to choose from. Everything is freshly made and you can tell it by the fabulous taste and tenderness. The picture is of the rice beans and salad that come with your meal which is on another plate. The rice was very moist with great flavor, the beans are homemade and you can tell, nice and creamy with a hint of smokiness. Karen the owner makes everything from scratch every day and again you can taste it. The Al Pastor was very tender moist and flavorful. The guacamole was unbelievable as was the cheese dip. This is definitely a I’m coming back experience. Karen also helps the local community with meal needs, she comes in at 4:30 am to make breakfast, lunch and dinner for the local workers in the area including the police station.Update: Went here today April 8th and had one of the wet burritos, it just gets better and better. Can not get any better than this. A regular stop now.
This place is absolutely incredible. It was a late Monday evening hunting for anything open serving food. Stumbled across this absolute gem. This is the best central Americana food I have ever had. The best service of any restaurant I have ever experienced. I wish I could give extra stars. The hand made juices. Everything so fresh. Beautiful family owned feel. And now I feel like I'm a small part of it!I will be going back, and going back often. I found a new favorite place!
Went in for our 1st time this past Sunday. We were planning on take out. Had a great conversation with the owner and patrons at the bar. The owner brought us samples of their salsas and homemade juices. Everything on the menu is made to order. Probably the best guacamole we've had. Apps and dinners were delicious and fresh. This is truly a family run restaurant. We will be regulars.
Excellent food, very fresh and authentic. Staff and owners are very friendly. Would definitely eat hear again.
