There’s not many Gloria Jeans around anymore so when I’m in the area I like to stop by this one, I came into the mall on Saturday May 7 2022, did some shopping and around 7:55 I went to Gloria jeans and the girls told me they were already closed. It says they close at 9 but I wasn’t going to argue with them or let them handle my drink. The owners of this place are loosing a lot money by employees leaving early like this.
Been going to this location for years. Always get the same Chiller. Always 7.80. Went in there today, and it is now 9.85? It says 7.10 on the menu. So I asked, "why 9.85"? I was told because it is .99 for the whipped cream. Even with that why 9.85? So she showed me the receipt. They are now charging .99 for the whipped cream, and .99 for the 5 or so chocolate sprinkles they put on the top. So $2.00 for t teaspoons of whipped cream and a dozen chocolate pieces. I think the new employees (and yes, almost all new) are running some sort of scam on you. Beware.
Love Gloria Jeans..Jean's... been coming here for 20 plus years in this mall. Yes there a little more expensive than say a Dunkins. But they're worth it and have some awesome flavors compared to the competition

11/08/21 - 2:00 pm - On my drive to the mall today I was looking forward to a hot GJ's coffee. The staff here this afternoon are complete zombies. Stoic, snooty, unwelcoming. Absolutely zero customer service skills whatsoever. Whatever, right? Of course. I went to go about my day and then sipped the $4.00 large coffee. Not hot! Barely past warm. I courteously mentioned to the girls. Her response: "I can make you another one if you want but it will be from the same dispenser." A brief pause ensued as I was completely shocked at this. She then went on to conclude, "No way I'm brewing another pot." A refund was NOT offered. I cautioned the gentleman in line behind my on the way out not to order a hot coffee because the hot coffee isn't hot. Anyway, here I am at the mall walking around with a lukewarm $4 coffee. NEVER AGAIN!!! There's a Dunks in the food court.
I am addicted to these drinks and have been since the first time I’ve tried their chillers and espresso drinks! But unfortunately I think I need to stop feeding my drink addiction because of management. Angela the manager has the worst attitude ever!!!!!!! The poor other employees and customers I see her talking to. I couldn’t handle it anymore seeing her every time I ever went to get a morning fix of coffee her attitude made me angry she was rude over the simplest things like hesitating when asked for whipped cream!!!. Remember a girl asking her about calories because there was none displayed and she said she had no access to those??!? Isn’t that legally required? I really think if there isn’t new management soon many customers will be lost because of the attitude from Angela, but not another penny of mine is ever going to this company after my many visits of her nasty attitude. Hope something is done about her asap!!!!
I ordered 2 small hot coffees with flavor and I got two of what I think were lattes instead . It was $10 for the two smalls and they were not regular coffees . Very hard to understand the younger girl . I know staffing is very hard now so I’m not trying to be overly picky .
Busy but sad to see only 2 younger girls working there. Very pricey...2 regular coffees and 1 muffin was close to $20..
Coffee is typically good. A little pricey. The problem is the girls who work there. They always seem perturbed by customers. Guessing it isn't a fun place to work. I'll stick with Starbucks. Sad because GJ was always my favorite but it's not worth the walk through the mall and the negative juju.
I have never been so insulted as I was when I visit this shop. The clerk was beyond rude and frankly aggressive toward me. Pretty bad when you walk out without your coffee because of service. I'll take my business back to Starbucks or Dunks. JUST WOW!
