A 10 minute wait for a coffee is ridiculous. Intelligent management should be able to solve simple problems like this.
When my Husband and I got to the first window, the person at the window was very short with us, told us our total and shut the window. We didn’t think much of it until we pulled up to the second window and waited for our food. The food was fine but when we finally received it after 5 minutes of waiting at the window we were met by the same lady again. She abruptly told us “Next time don’t pull up to the next window, NOBODY told you to do that.” And slammed the window shut again. The Husband and I work in fast food, so we understand people have bad days, but this lady was unnecessarily short with us. Mind you we were not told to pull up, BUT we were not told to stay at that window either. You go to a fast food place that has two windows it’s common to go to the second one for food. I wouldn’t be as upset if we hadn’t been told every other time we’ve gone to this location to pull up. We didn’t not know, and and we’re greeting with an attitude for our mistake.
As a former fastfood worker (BK Lounge in Keene), I understand it gets busy and this isn't a restaurant for the filthy 1%, but the bagel spread was just a blob in the middle.If the blob had been a tiny bit wider I could've smushed the thing flat.Also one time there were no rugs and it was snowy. 70% of people did that thing were you don't slip and fall but you almost do. Insurance frauds ignore this.
Very slow and sloppy service. The drive thru is always packed, because the staff locks up the dining area and can't order inside when you're in a rush to get to work at 8AM. So they make your life more of a living hell. I waited 20 minutes for the line to move. Was going to back out of the drive thru and go somewhere else to get breakfast, but was already too late to make a second plan. They really need more help over there. Otherwise, friendly staff. That's about it.
Avocado toast tastes great.... but it's pricey for a single side of toast.
One of the worst coffees I’ve ever gotten from a Dunkins and they also gave us the wrong food.
Can’t take a simple call in order the night before for 3 dozen donuts. Picking up at 6:00amHe would rather me order in the drive through line in the AM. I’m sure that person working is going to like that the busiest time of the day… WOW! Zero good service anymore.
Its a coffee shop but has so much more its so good and amazing
Waited for ice coffee whole they talked personal. Then when I disturbed them to get my coffee the guy left the window. Not great service will not go back to exit 1 off 101 Manchester. Worse dunkins ever
I understand you guys are short staffed but to close your business without communicating to customers is irresponsible as a business.
