Raspberry iced tea
Horrible customer service. They will give you the wrong coffee. Then will proceed to argue with you that it is the correct coffee. This is also the supposed new management they put in place this week.
I did a mobile order pick-up in which consisted of two drinks and two sandwiches. After waiting in the queue for 20 minutes I pulled the front and the girl says to me that they do not have my large drink nor any of my food I asked fine can I have a refund? She says of course but she still going to charge me for the medium iced drink after spending 25 by this point and 30 minutes from when I made the mobile order from home. Her justification was that she was the only employee there and they have not had a delivery in 2 days. Normally I would be okay with it, but the way she matter-of-factly told me that this is a situation too bad deal with it and delivering the worst customer service is absolutely unheard of.I recommend that no one ever goes to this Dunkin Donuts.
The woman working here every morning is so rude I avoid going here all together. I strongly recommend yoi not come here
I've been to this Dunkin's many times since I live near by, but I try to avoid it as much as possible. The drive-thru usually takes awhile, service is 50/50 and same goes for the food quality. I usually don't find the time to write reviews but the last 2 times I've gone there have been that bad.Earlier this week, I got a coffee through the drive thru and everything was fine for me. Unfortunately for the people behind me, the person running the Dunkin' inside shut down the drive thru because the 2 employees couldn't keep up with that and the front counter.This morning I went again and sat with 4 other cars in the drive thru for 5 mins, the guy at the speaker kept saying hello and there was no response. Also, no one was at the window when we pulled up to see what was going on. It was like no one was working.You will have better luck if you drive a couple mins down the street to the other Dunkin'.
The drive-through was extremely slow... after 10 min of not moving, I backed out of the line (only room for 1 lane, so glad no one was behind me), parked my van and went in. I had my coffee in hand in about 3 minutes, and as I walked out I realized the white truck at the window was the same vehicle as when I went 8n.

Gave this place multiple tries due to convenience, spent thousands of dollars so far (we are talking two daily drinks for past 4 yeas) but today topped it off. I usually have pretty good tolerance and almost never write complaints, but this place deserves investigation. Where do I start? Multiple times got my order wrong and several times asked to go back in line for them to get it correctly. When they get the order wrong, it’s always the customers’ fault. Forget about adding simple thing to order; you will be asked to go back in line for 5 munchkins. The have no problem serving watered down cappuccino when their machine is malfunctioning and still make it as if it’s your fault. If you ask for a coffee without sugar you will most definitely drive away with sugar in coffee so you are strongly advised to try your drink before driving off. Be advised you might be asked to go back in line. They swear, they talk back to customers, they talk about other customers while leaving the microphone on and you can hear it at the order station. The manager is always grumpy. Today got melted frosted donut with someone’s finger through the donut all the way for my 4 years old. Went back in line and was told it’s still edible and all frosted donuts are all like that today. I asked for regular non frosted instead. The gentleman with long blonde hair and hat wanted to charge me for a new donut, gave me attitude when I complained my daughter will not eat it like that and after agreeing they gave me the same frosted donut. Made comment with swear word something along lines that I am trying to rip them off. There was a lot of eye rolling and I felt like I was an inconvenience and not the customer. I am not sure what is going on with this plan and why they allow this to go on for so long. I felt harassed for asking for product that I paid for I expected to at least have the average quality and not donut with additional holes and missing frosting.
7/8/21 11:20amCoffee isn’t always right. you’ll sit in the drive thru for 10 mins, with no one else in the drive thru or at the window, and they won’t say anything to you and won’t take your order? We left and came back with two cars in front of us and now they’re doing the same thing to them.The manager is so rude and if you are that miserable, get a new job.
