Long wait, ran out of bags at drive thru and didn't provide any napkins.
I’ve gone back-and-forth to this location at the gas station and the one further down South Willow. And it seems every time that I come to the gas station location they’re always out of stock on items, yet the other one is not. Not sure what’s going on with the ordering process but it’s really annoying to have to order three different things and being told that they’re all out.
Location sucks. Repeated myself three times for only a medium iced coffee French vanilla swirl. Lady wasn't listening and still gave me a hot coffee.
Coffee at this location always tastes old and burnt.
