This place is a joke. They have their lobby closed in the middle of the day (what??), and I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru just to be told they’re “not doing food right now”. Great service guys

If you like waiting at the counter and being completely ignored by staff this is the place for you! Employees here need to pay way better attention. I was only person in line in lobby and no one even looked my direction. Guess I'll go to Starbucks

So gross, how does black iced coffee taste like bile
This is now the second Dunkin's I'm going to stop visiting. The past couple times I've gone my order was messed up somehow. This most recent time they overly cooked my breakfast wraps (somehow) to the point it's not even a tortilla anymore. And they printed the right label for my coffee but still made it wrong.
Very great place but they never tell you the total off your order till you get to the window. Not a huge issue but would help for those paying exact change and want to have it ready so they are not holding up the drive through putting money together
I politely asked the dark haired overweight clerk to re-make my coffee I got at the drive thru as I did not get what I ordered. I received a rude disgruntled stareback without any verbal response. She took my drink and returned and again with a rude stare and no words gave me my replacement coffee.
This used to be the quickest DD. Now I am the 4th car in line at the drive through for 20 min. I'm tired of being late for work
