I have bee going to this location for almost 8 years on Hanover stBy far the the worse shift I ever came into contact with..Some girls talking about why they hate there job working there . Like makimg customers feel unwelcome and when were paying customers.. They need more customer service skills to work on def the girls skylar was unprofessional while she was there screaming in the back like she owned rhe placed
The staff so rude asked for more sugar i was ignored.I will never go back to this Dunkins again.A disgrace.

Id leave 0 if I could. They made the coffee wrong and were angry about remaking it. The manager had a nasty attitude and Kylie who whipped the overfilles coffee at me, while I'm wearing all white yes it did splash all up my arm. I've never dealt with such disrespect in a business. Coffee wasn't even for me it was for someone who just got out the hospital and is still in a Johnny beside me. Will not return. Thanks for the terrible business.
