Really not impressed. They messed up the order at the drive up, we corrected it, then they messed it up again at the window.
Clean dining room friendly service, public restrooms. Coffee was made "right", donuts were fresh, 4 stars because long drive thru times due too a high number of customers, however dining room was just about vacant. I used the mobile app to order once I had arrived and parked to go inside.
Yeah yeah the coffee's great here.But the difference is who's working here.Every employee I've dealt with at the Granite St. location is great. The standout exception is Ken.Ask for Ken.This location, and Duncan Donuts in general, is very fortunate to have Ken on board.Again, I can't emphasize this enough. Ask for Ken.He's hilarious and it'll make your day.
I stopped at Dunkin' only because of a promotion; buy a drink and get a free doughnut. The store was not too busy. The service was a little slow. However, the employee was friendly.
Very friendly staff their little short-handed and busy so you need a little patience but worth the wait
WHY ARE YOUR BAGELS ALWAYS STALE??? The past 4 times ordering a bagel with cream cheese, I get an extremely dry bagel with a quarter of cream cheese barely covering the bagel... Multi-million dollar company and yet the quality lacks significantly.
Best Dunkin I've seen in the area. Extraordinarily well run, great staff. A little harder to get to but worth every twist and turn!

Would be really cool that if everytime I order my chai latte drink, they'd make it right.Got a chai this morning, was a coffee.Asked again when I got out of work again, still made it wrong. Like come on, I really wish I didn't have to waste my money, I'd willingly go in there to make it myself.Got really nice workers, don't get me wrong, but so far I've only been able to get my drink right from one worker, and she's a customer of mine at my job. Go you hun! ❤
I’ve been using this dunks for over 2 years now, and they are great. Most of them know me by my voice/order now - But beyond that they are all kind and attentive. Because I used to work at Dunks, I have a very particular taste I look for in my coffee and these days, every day it’s perfect… but on the very rare occasion I need an adjustment they’re happy to accommodate. & I’ve come to realize that in this area that’s something to be treasured ? They literally help me start my day, everyday!! Thank you guys for all you do & to Dunkin’s for existing ??
