Picked up an online order last Friday and when I bit into my sandwich it still had the parchment paper in it! Burnt crossiants, wrong donuts. So I called for a refund and was told I would have to come in and a manger took my name and hung up. I have a physical disability and this isn't always easy for me. I got there 3 days later. Nice girl behind the counter but didn't know refunds and had to call a manager, who didn't help her. She refunded the app and not my debit card like I asked. Okay, whatever. So today I go to place an order for my partner to pick up via the app and my refund is gone! Looking at my transaction history it had been voided after I left! So I call back and speak to manager Jen (refused to give last name) who proceeded to get angry with me that I wanted a refund without coming in YET AGAIN. Tells me they "don't have the technology" to go phone refunds (again, this was a mobile order, no one has had to see my card once. Even when I went in on Monday they didn't ask for it.) Then she tells me that "Its 2022, we need your card, what do you expect?!" Completely unprofessional. She proceeds to tell me SHE NOW WONT REFUND ME and hangs up. I call back and ask for her name. She gives me her first name, the basic corporate number, and tell me in a childish condescending voice to have a nice day. I have called to place a case with corporate but still no refund. I am beyond upset and will be following up accordingly.
Basically the only Dunkin’s in the city that has yet to mess up any of my pick up orders. It’s my new go to location!
This place is phenomenal! Always have my drinks correct, friendly, and go above and beyond!
I actually like coming here, drinks and food always done well. But please don’t bring your child to work and have them “help” make drinks and food. It’s not cute, it’s a health hazard.

I went in today to get a caramel craze latte. I made a big mistake by not taking a sip until I got to my location. I called customer service and they ask if I could bring it back? I told them I couldn’t.
Great remodel but miss the Impossible Sausage, Egg, cheese on English muffin Sandwich.
