Alright. I’m def not one to complain. But my guy I got buffalo sauce on my pizza. Thinking ya know a nice drizzle for a razzle dazzle. (I like a bit of spice sue me) but like bro I’d need a life guard and a “swim at your own risk” sign to eat this pizza. Dude straight up was the roach from men in black with the sugar water going “more” except he was wielding an unrelenting power of buffalo sauce. Homeboy went katrina on my pizza and I’m on my roof rn with a “HELP” spray painted on the next to me waiting to be ascended up in a grocery cart looking thing like I’m meeting Jesus at the local market basket. I called and asked for a replacement and my driver must a Batista bombed the box cause this replacement more outta place than my ex is in a church. Do better Lowell st. Ya boy was just trying to eat.

Highly disappointed in my order tonight. I ordered 2 chicken Caesar salads. Both had horribly brown lettuce. I also ordered parmesan bread twists, got the bites instead. We usually order every Friday. A few weeks we have only gotten a gluten free cheese pizza even though we ordered pepperoni. I may be changing which store that we order from.

Do not order from the Lowell st, Manchester NH location. I have been given raw pizza 6 times!I have let it slide in the past and just put them in the oven. Today however was the last straw. It’s 87 degrees outside it is too hot to cook or have the oven on for 20-30 minutes to cook a pizza that should have already been cooked! I order my pizzas well done because I constantly get raw pizza dough.I called and complained and was told they are too busy to cook pizzas well done and when I said I order it that way because you guys constantly under cook it and I want fully cooked pizza. He then tells me if I want my pizza well done to not order while they have a rush. Then also tells me their oven is on a timer and they can’t do well done because it backs up other orders. Then also tells me that I shouldn’t order extra sauce extra cheese. I have to or else I get a dry pizza with a sprinkling of s cheese.I should be able to get any pizza I want and be fully cooked!Serving Raw dough to people, I’m immune compromised! Food poisoning from under cooked or raw dough could kill me!I will be contacting the health department because clearly your managers don’t care and are full of excuses! There is no excuse for serving raw and/or under cooked food!

Second time this happens… they are generally inconsistent with their pizza. I always order the same pizzas once a week and 5 out of 10 it’s never the way I order it! I don’t review them but last night I got very annoyed, I ordered my pizza with extra tomato sauce and not only they didn’t put extra, it had NO sauce at all! After 24 hours from my last meal I was super hungry! I could not eat this dry pizza! I called the store 3 times and got NO answer, it would at least make me feel better if the re-made my pizza… I also I made a complaint online and they said I would get a free one but that was never added to my account! Sad because I really love Dominos when they get my order right!!!!

Pizza and other food is suppose to be hot not just warm. My pizza was barely warm more on the cold side. This has happened to me twice. Is this the norm now? I was really enjoying the pizza until now. I don't think Gordon is in the back considering most of the items are pre made and all they have to do is heat them in the oven they use. Mabey I will ask for double cooked next time.

I don't know what it is about this location specifically, but the pizzas and bread sticks are incredibly greasy, compared to other locations. And the bread sticks could really use some more attention, the cheese barely reaches the ends, so four slices are pretty much just greasy and plain.I love dominos, and the service is great otherwise so I still order. Just less often, and it's just a bummer. I hope some quality assurance steps can be taken!

We order at least once a week the 20$ deal ! It's perfect amount of food for my family and we get a free pizza at least once a month as well from the points we earn ! I love the crust so much more now that it's like garlic sticks yummmy! If you have a couple kids to feed quick and cheep I always recommend the 2 pizza 1 topping bread sticks cinn sticks and a 2 lt for only 20$ ! That price and amount of food can't be beat !Kasey

Idc what anyone say about y’all, and they do be saying things. Y’all DO NOT MISS. Every order lately has been warm, fresh and delicious. Whoever is back there on their Gordon Ramsey game, I salute you. ??P.s. I took a bite and had to make this post the food is so good.

Lowell st Dominos is awful now. Inconsistent pizza. Handmade pizza dough is always undercooked. I ordered last night, medium green pepper and mushroom.. and I was sick all night to the point of throwing up. I order from here a lot, but not anymore. Disgusting

I usually don’t complain and am pretty understanding to service industry employees, however, I am very disappointed with our service tonight. We ordered 2 pizzas online, something we do frequently and have never had a problem with. When our delivery driver, Thiago, arrived he had the wrong order. I told him that it wasn’t what we had ordered and after going back and fourth about what we did order he said he has to call his manager and he would bring the correct order back. We waited for an hour, figuring they might have to prepare the order again and account for the delivery time again. After an hour, I called the store, explained the situation and asked for a time estimate. The woman on the phone didn’t seem to know what was happening, or that there was even a mix up. After a minute on hold, she said it would be another 30 minutes (preparation time and delivery). Given that she told me it was going to be another 30 minutes, I assume they never even tried to correct our order in the first place and we’re going to sweep it under the rug. I did tell her that’s fine, we will wait another 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I peaked out the door to see if anyone had arrived yet and sure enough, our pizza was sitting there. There was no knock at the door to let us know they arrived and we obviously didn’t hear them pull in so after over 2 hours, $50 spent, we had cold, sopping wet pizza.
