My boyfriend and I visited Consuelo's a couple weeks ago for a date night after I got out of work. We were warmly welcomed immediately as we walked in and happily waited on. The staff was fantastic! The food was a 10/10. I had the chili verde burrito and loved everything about it. The spices came through clearly, the meat was tender, and the burrito was the perfect size to be filling! The chips on the plate were also delicious. The prices were also incredibly reasonable. If you're wondering if you should visit Consuelo's Taqueria anytime soon, the answer is yes! Please go and try the delicious food and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere the staff creates.
Barely any meat. What there was for pork was tiny tiny dry burnt peice's that looked leftover from another dish. I got a side of rice thank God or I would have still been super hungry. So since the pork ,onion and cheese were in tiny corn wrap things that tasted like dish soap. I dumped them out of those and mixed it w the rice and ate. But was very disappointed ?

This is a great find. The portions are filling and good portions. The prices are reasonable. The food is tasty. The atmosphere is terrific for couples, families and friends going out to eat. The staff is friendly and professional and provide great service.
The burritos were delicious!!! I had the fish and my boyfriend had the Carne Asada. The flan was also very tasty!! Arturo was very kind and personable, I will definitely be coming back for more!!!

Nice little spot in downtown Manchester. Been coming here for a while. Most of the food is good. Honestly stick to the burrito, soup and desserts. Carne asada is shameful.
It is downtown Manchester so parking can be an issue. We parked in parking garage next door and other then the spots are small and tight there were plenty. We were seated right away and the server was very nice and attentive. Very nice menu. Everything is made just for you. The food came quick enough and was really good. The nachos were just so good recommend starting with this.
could possibly be the best burrito in new england!! absolutely love this spot and the staff/owners are so kind. we make a point of driving through here en route from the mountains back to Boston because it truly is worth planning a detour for!! they are also accommodating of dietary restrictions (i.e. vegan)
