Just left 10 minutes ago is was great, staff is patient and helpful I'd never been to a Chipotle before. Line was long, but went fast and efficient.
This place was horrible. It felt like I was in a Japanese prisoner of war camp. I got half a spoonful of rice and half a spoonful of chicken. Literally barely covered the bottom of the bowl. I didn't realize Manchester NH had it so bad they were rationing rice and chicken.
Portions are nahtt good at this one.I'm editing this review a couple weeks after the first time I posted it.This is the worst chipotle location I've ever been to (and I've been to too many). They burn all of their meats, the cooks are clueless. What's worse is the people preparing bowls, you ask for extra rice and double meat and your bowl is smaller than a bowl anywhere else without asking for extra rice and getting the standard amount of meat.Avoid this Chipotle at all costs.
This place never has any lettuce and they never tell you until you get to the end. Ingredients don’t seem to be very fresh. Attitudes of the employees are very negative as well. Chipotle isn’t what it used to be. I’ve switched to California Burritos across the street.
Very disappointed with the service here. Our favorite restaurant, and you can't even call to see if they have the missing item that they neglected to place in the delivery bag still there.
Have gotten completely wrong orders. Portions vary wildly. Why 4 stars? The staff is always working so damn hard. The place is over run with orders daily. It would be beneficial to have a 2nd location in North Manch imo.
I pay for the extra protein and get less then what should be a normal portion. My meal was mostly rice and a few other components. I was missing the veg and especially the double protein. I had to dig around my bowl to find any and had about two to three bites worth of meat. I've ordered from here loads of time but I can say the quality of the orders have been going down hill this year. This is my first order in two months since the last disaster of an order. I feel at this point I wont be ordering again. Said because this has been my go to meals when I've had a long day at work and want something yummy and at budget and not fast food.
DON’T ORDER ONLINE THEY WILL BARELY GIVE YOU ANY MEAT!IF YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT YOU MUST GO IN AND WATCH THEM MAKE ORDER OR THEY WILL MESS IT UP OR BARELY GIVE YOU ANYTHING!Buyer beware. This is not first time they messed it up but unfortunately for them this is the last time.
Put in order was supposed to be ready at 5:50 and ready in 5 to 10 minutes. 6:40 and still waiting for 2 borritos. Took my money online and now I can't get my money back without calling a number and spending all night to not get any food. Place sucks I left. Watched people walk in off street and get food but my online order can't be ready in hour. Poorly ran. People were in and out in 20 mins. Ended up getting no food after waiting your plus.
This is how our bowls showed up. Both without rice and the veggie without the guac. No communication whatsoever before or after receiving our order that there was a change. Thankfully DoorDash refunded us completely, but what a waste of everyone’s time, especially the drivers.
