We recently had Celebrations Catering for my daughters wedding and I can’t say enough about the food. From the appetizers to the main course we were very satisfied. Our guests raved about the the buffet from the beef tenderloin, to the grilled chicken and side dishes of real mashed potatoes and pasta. We had so many choices!The prices were reasonable, the options were plentiful and Vice President Amy Strike was very helpful and pleasant. I would gladly use them again for catering an event.Thank You!
Several months ago, my fiancé and I started the final stages of planning for our wedding. We’d chosen the date and venue, but it was time to lock in the big ticket items, which of course included the caterer. My first wedding was way back in 1989 in a Baptist church, with the reception held afterwards in the church gym. It was a homespun, simple affair with finger sandwiches and fruit salads provided by the kind older ladies in the church. I had no idea how complicated weddings could be – or how much they could cost!Our wedding planner strongly recommended Celebrations Distinctive Catering in Manchester. I reached out via the website, describing my needs and asking for some menu options and prices. Amy from Celebrations got back to me with a suggested menu and pricing. The initial estimate was a bit over our budget, and I told Amy I wasn’t sure we could swing that amount. I wanted my guests well fed, but there was a limit to how much we could spend. Amy got creative with the menu and figured out a way to get us the variety and quantities we needed at a significantly lower figure.The food itself was magnificent. The hot appetizers were a huge hit, and many of my guests specifically complemented the food and asked who my caterer was. The desserts were also popular, including a nice selection of gluten free items. There were none left by the end of the evening!Rachel (our server) was friendly, polite, and professional. She kindly packaged up all our leftovers for us to take home so nothing was wasted. My husband and I enjoyed several meals of BBQ pulled pork and brisket during the following week, which we appreciated because neither of us ate much at the reception for obvious reasons!I highly recommend Celebrations Distinctive Catering, and I thank them for helping us put on a party that we could be proud of!!
I used Celebrations Catering for my daughter's bridal shower. They are amazing!!! There are so many choices of what one can pick as a menu. The food was outstanding! The steak and chicken were so tender and everything from sides to the protein were so flavorful! So much food and their equipment kept everything hot for hours! They provided everything from plates, utensils, cups and napkins and we didn't need to clean up! They set up and come the next day to pick up everything. Thank you for making my daughter's shower memorable!
My husband and I recently used Celebration’s for the 50th Anniversary Party we held for his parents. We were able to customize our menu selections. The food was fresh, flavorful, delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented. The cost was well worth the quality and quantity! The staff was friendly and easily available for questions. I highly recommend Celebration’s.
Celebrations catered my wedding and the food was amazing. Everyone loved it. Amy was so helpful when I called the first time and had everything to offer that fit our needs and more. We look forward to using Celebration in the future for family events.
We had our wedding catered this weekend and the food was absolutely beyond our expectations. We had the stuffed chicken and the short ribs as option. By far the best we have ever had at an event. The staff did a great job and made everything so easy.Thank you for making our day fantastic!
Celebrations recently catered our wedding in NH. They were absolutely wonderful. From the beginning we worked with Amy and we have nothing but positive things to say. Communication was fluid, fast, and so friendly. Even with COVID restrictions, we were able to schedule phone calls and meetings with ease. And the food...amazing! We received many compliments from our guests about the quality of the food (especially the salmon dish they offer)! The servers the day of were also incredibly pleasant and thoughtful. Priscilla and Angel took great care of us, and continuously reminded us (bride and groom) that we needed to make sure to eat! We highly recommend Celebrations, and thank them for such a job well done.
Unfortunately, due to Covid we cancelled a wedding. From the get go, we had numerous communication issues with Celebrations. Lisa was very unorganized and did not respond to my daughter or I in a timely fashion. When we finally did have a zoom call with her, she was not prepared with notes for our wishes. She would often say "I'm working from home. I don't have my notes in front of me". On my part I INSISTED on leaving a deposit because I was fearful of losing the date. Bad idea. We never had neither a completed menu nor a signed contract. When the wedding was cancelled, I reached out to Celebrations and I got the run around. Someone will call you back, etc, but no one did. I had to call numerous times. Every other vendor we worked with was willing to support us 100%. Celebrations gave us a 500.00 credit, but yet won't return our 500.00 deposit. What are my husband and I to do with that? Ridiculous especially when we had no set menu or a signed contract? I have called numerous times asking if they would be willing to split the difference, etc. Every time I get the answer" I'll have someone reach out." No one has. They are a highly unorganized, inefficient group of people who are only wanting to take advantage of people and our money. They are highly lacking in communication skills not just between themselves,, but the most important...customers. Unfortunately, they want to operate a business without personal touch, high standards and any regard to customer service.
Had them this past weekend although I had to pick up the food because they were so busy! The food was wrapped with instructions on what silverwhwre went with what course. Amazing! Would definitely use them again! Thank you Linda for all your help!
It was wonderful! Fred Manheck is super professional. He spent a lot of time prior to our event to better assist us find the most appropriate selection for our event. On that special day, everything went smoothly! I did not even noticed that they are preparing the tables for me in the background while we were exchanging vows. The food was great, the presentation was amazing, and the staff was kind and helpful. Thank you for being so responsive to everything we needed.
