Dining room closed all the time. Tring to go sit relax inside the doors locked!! That's bad BUISNIES BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY DRIVE THRU OPEN!!!...THIS IS ABSOLUTELY STUPID.THIS IS SAYING NO TO CUSTOMERS WE WONT SERVE YOU IF YOU DONT HAVE A CAR...THE MANAGER ON DUTY THAT LOCKS THE DOORS AT 330 PM ..HE IS BAD FOR BUISNIES HE IS KILLING CUSTOMER SERVICE ...ID FIRE HIM.or HER....WELL WENDYS IS ACCROSS THE STREET ...I SAT OVER THERE...BURGER KING WAKE UP.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Lady working the window at 6:40 pm Friday night , had absolutely no customer service. THREW a shake at my brother, it spilled all over the brand new car and she just disregarded it as if it was nothing. Never even said sorry and just closed the window on him. And THEN just refused to give us our food. Even after we paid. Had toGo in for them to finally give us our food. ??♀️Definitely will NOT be returning.
The food was consistent with the Burger King brand. For no listed reason, the dinning area was closed. The drive-through was the only option. The exterior grounds could use some improvement. The property was not too appealing.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Genuinely every-time I go there they either forget my stuff or by the time I bet my order it’s basically cold. When I tried to call the store after this last time today not only myself but my boyfriend tried to call and no one answered at all so he went down there and waited about 30 minutes just to get what we were owed for them messing up. Never satisfied with this place and will never go back .
The first thing I noticed was how dirty the floors and tables were, however I have never been disrespected more for not being a bilingual speaker. The staff seemed to be bothered by me making an order. But the real transgression occurred while I was eating my lunch I witnessed the all Hispanic staff making disrespectful remarks and gestures towards another patron who was mentally challenged. I personally will NEVER visit this location again.
Most disgusting food I have ever eaten..Cold Fried Chicken sandwich..Cold fries.Pickle in sandwich uneatable..I give it minus stars but to write a view I had to press on the stars.
I was helped inside. I was greeted immediately, even though the drive through was super busy. Food was hot and everyone was nice. Left hair with an Oreo shake.
Chicken bun was stale and hard on one end. Strawberry shake not very flavor able. Only cash. Debit card machine not working

Employees all stoned and arguing with customers over there mistakes on their meals. Were literally all sitting around when we walked in. Gave people attitude when they called numbers and didn’t anyone a receipt. Would give zero stars if I could.
