The drive thru is kinda slow, but the food is good and the people seem pretty cool, so... thumbs up!
Multiple things happen bk is not the same anymore. First off it says open until 11pm online then you order on the app and instead of it saying that the store is close it takes your money anyways then when you try to get your money back they put it as a refund instead of canceling the order. Then the best part is that 40$ you just spent to get the family food yeah don’t expect that for 3-5 business days ! I would best advise not to order on the app and make sure you go to the location first to make sure they are open because apparently you can’t trust the hours hanging on the door and online. -100 star review
Everytime I come here the food comes out cold and they don't have dine in service anymore. As in, pretty much every BK I got to doesn't have dine in service. So while all these other fast food chains are open and thriving like pre pandemic times, BK continues to struggle and put out bad product and generally the service stinks too. I will never go to this location ever again.
Absolutely horrible, they have not updated their menu in over 3 weeks, the drive thru cashier was very rude and very unprofessional. If I were you, I'd go to another Burger King that has a much more professional and courteous staff, as well as an up to date menu.
Although the floor was clean but sticky, all the employees were happy to please and the food was great.Don't know why most of the tables were still unusable.
Ordered through their app at 9:30 on a Sunday night and the hours said that they closed at 11. The app took my money and when I went to pick it up they were closed. Why does the app take the money if they are closed? Now I have to wait 3-5days to get my money back. They have really gone downhill
Da Whopper, Da Drooling Da-liciousness? If they would only return to cooking the fries in the burger drippings deliciousness they would have the best fries this side of heaven.
3 times I have made a mobile order here in the past month or so only to show up and the store was closed. I don't blame the employees at all, I've worked at a bk years ago and it wasn't a good job by any stretch. I can only imagine working for them in the current climate. Looks to be 2 or 3 underpaid and overstressed employees running this place for management. Tip to management you will not attract any loyalty or respect by underpaying your employees and having them worked understaffed at a time where you can find a better paying and better quality job elsewhere easily.
Like any other Burger King....It's a fast food joint. Nothing exciting that makes ya say wow that place it the place to go. But nothing bad to say about the place.
Great prices and this location almost never has a huge line so very quick to get your order like it's supposed to be hence the term fast food. Love that they always put extra barbeque on my rodeos when asked now and jalapeno bites are great
