Buba pho is superior! It's the best I've ever had. They recently renovated and the place looks amazing. Food is better than ever! We love this place!!

Buba has always been terrific and their remodel brings the interior vibe up to where it should be to match the quality of the food, drinks, and staff!

Best food and drinks!! Brandon is a great bartender!!!!!¡

Been here twice already and both times were great. Lunch specials are can't miss and the drinks are really good like their teas. Service was good too. The food was really good. This is about to be a regular meal spot for me. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent food with excellent service. Tyler and Nix were a perfect balance of friendly & attentive & knowledgeable.I had added mushrooms to a noddle bowl and my noodle bowl came without mushrooms. That was okay with me but I did mention to my friend how they had forgotten. Nix overheard and without prompting got me mushrooms and Tyler even still took it off our bill. Wonderful humans employed here.We will be back!

This was an amazing find! The menu is huge and has really cool items, including an array of cocktails that sounded fantastic. They also have specials which is what caught my eye. The ambiance, including the music, is perfect. My dining partner and I went on a snowy Saturday around opening time so it wasn't crowded. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly. I went with a Thai iced tea. Never having had one before the color was interesting - don't let the orange dissuade you though as it had a great rich flavor and was yummy. We split the St. Patrick's Day special brisket bao. Flavorful and had a huge chunk of brisket. My dining partner went with the fried pineapple dish which included a mound of fried rice cooked to perfection without a greasy aftertaste - easily the best fried rice I've had in years. It also came with breaded chicken. I liked this but felt a sauce included would go nicely with it. I ordered the brisket ramen. Oh em gee - humongous portion filled with maple glazed carrots, brisket, two hard boiled eggs, cabbage and just tons of noodles. The broth was so good! I would totally order that to drink. Did I say the portion was huge? We ended up sharing it and it was more than filling. Prices were comparable to most noodle places and you definitely got some serious portion sizes and amazing quality for the price. Already planning a return trip!

Great food, Great service, Best noodles ?

Food there was delicious! The noodles and broth had such amazing flavors and the meat was fatty and super tender. Was my second time going there and it won't be my last!

Accidentally found this gem in Manchester NH had this unbelievably, delicious dish called Bulgogi Beef Noodle. It is not ramen noodle broth. It is supreme in flavors and wonderfully spicy. I live an hour and half away but planning on travelling back to this restaurant to try their authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

The atmosphere was really nice. We had a great quiet spot in the back which was nice for the occasion, but the front side and the bar area seemed like a fitting vibe for a noodle bar. Every staff interaction was friendly, with some members going out of the way to make sure we were set with our check — something that can be a pain on the other end of the spectrum, when you’re ready to go but nobody seems to want to bring the check. Our table collectively ordered a nice little assortment of the bao buns (pork belly, and fried chicken), as well as the steamed pork gyoza. The bao buns were pretty phenomenal, both hitting completely different palates; the pork belly was possibly my best experience with cucumbers in a dish, with a very fresh taste, while the fried chicken was strong and spiced. The gyoza wasn’t much worth mentioning, as they were a bit like wontons in wonton soup, but perhaps it would have been better fried.Next up was the Shoyu Ramen, though I substituted the brisket with chicken, and it was fantastic. Your boy here eats lots of ramen led by a nice “Itadakimasuuu,” so clearly I know what I’m talking about. The egg was great, the chicken was much better than I would ever have expected, the broth was perfect, and I downed it all within minutes.I was so pleased with the overall experience that I got an order of pineapple fried rice to-go after seeing it brought out for another customer. Oh, and the Vietnamese Iced Coffee was quite good too. 5/5 for being great enough to overcome soupy gyoza, and having like, a totally hip and radical vibe, man. ✌️
