food is actually good, and service was good
Used to love this place. Ordered steak and cheese and wondered where the steak was. It used to be full. Put it this way, the ends of the subs were 2 big bites of just bread. And now the extra 18% covid surcharge in April of 2022 for less food? Bumbed! It was my friends first time and I had raved about it.
A tiny margarita was $12.95!!!! That's some bull!!! La caretta is cheaper and has bigger ones!!! Plus tater tots are an extra $2 when onion rings are not. Plus the 18% surcharge!!! Billy is a straight crook!!! Will never be going back there again!
You can’t go wrong with Billy’s. Take it for what it is - a great place to have a drink, watch a game, and grab some pub food. Food is VERY good pub food. Menu is big and there are some things that are better than others but generally some of the best bar fare in SNH. I recommend drinking beer because they have a notoriously weak pour on their mixed drinks. Atmosphere is great for watching a game, TVs galore.

Beer was cold, wings were great, service was as expected for a bar. BUT..we ordered a large steak tip Ceasars salad and it came with one steak tip. I asked the server and she said yes you get one tip, an extra tip is another 5.00.Bloody Mary bar looked good.Staff was friendly.
Clientele clickie, food's not bad. Check your talk out before you leave. I've been shafted twice, shame on me.Chelbys is better.
