Bartender was super nice and attentive. Food was good minus the pizza wasn't turned in the oven so half the crust was burnt. The price on the other hand is ridiculous! $17 for a glass of wine when you can buy the bottle for cheaper.
Went in the Mall NH location on a Tuesday night..maybe that was my first mistake? We had an enticing coupon we wanted to use and had been to this location many times before without any problems. Apparently, last night we were not the server's priority. She got to us, when she could, in between conversations with a fellow server or tending bar. They did appear to be short staffed like the rest of the world without any manager or responsible shift supervisor. Next, we received the tuscan wings. After I got my magnifying glass out to find them, we dug in. the taste was good but the size of the wings to put it nicely, were small. Next, we had ordered the margherita pizza to share. I was so disappointed as we do not eat pizza that often and this is a treat for us. The pizza which I traditionally loved, did not have the olive in the middle as it used to and was 2/3 of the size it used to be. In addition, it didn't appear to have the fresh mozzarella a margherita pizza is supposed to have...maybe a token slice. Even the diet soda she gave me from the bar tasted the worst I had ever had (possibly like feet if I had to describe it)...waited about 10+ minutes for that to be replaced with soda from another source. Even with the $15 off coupon - it was not worth it. I am sure the server figures she was doing the best she can do. I used to wait tables myself so I can truly empathize. I did not leave this review to specifically critique her but to say what an overall disappointing experience this was, service and food. Shame on you Bertucci's!

Erin is always a pleasure, she’s a hard worker and we’ve loved watching her grow from a host when we first started coming in years ago, to her great bartending skills today. Erin is a great asset to this company.
We sat at the bar with Erin today, she was very knowledgeable and great to chat with. Cat the hostess was also a pleasure to speak with during our visit. We loved the pizzas and the calamari appetizer was to die for. Great visit and definitely a good spot to hit for food and drinks.
First our server (Rebekkah) is amazing, super friendly.The pizza was pretty good.My wife got chicken Alfredo and said the sauce that comes from a jar is better and the pasta was stuck together.
Never dissatisfied chicken Parm is very good, and so is their roasted vegetables . Staff is very pleasant even when short staffed you are greeted with a smile
Bogopasta no longer available on Monday website. So I ordered 2 ~$60 and only got 4 shrimp in each instead of the usual 7 or 8. Very disappointing.
Disappointed. I ordered chicken Alfredo. How can you screw up a pasta dish? But you did. When you cook pasta, you suppose to stir it it wouldn't stick together. I felt like the cook was making it for the first time in his life.
