Manchester is a terrible city. But within the festering corpse of a once thriving working class city, succumbed to pharmaceutical addiction epidemics and gentrification that just doesn't make any sense, there is this jewel. By far the best pizza in several towns. It's as close to NY style pie as you can get this far from Connecticut. Also they do slices during the day because they know how pizza shops are supposed to run. And they're delicious.

Food is a subjective topic. I didn't really care for the pizza. I had a small pepperoni. The crust was decent. The sauce tasted like it was used directly out of the can; watery, acidic, and no spices. The cheese was not particularly good quality, neither the pepperoni. I won't be buying pizza here again. The staff was cheerful and the service good.

We tried their online ordering system for the first time although have ordered from them many times over the years. I ordered one large cheese pizza with extra (double) mushrooms and that's what I was charged for. Time quoted for delivery was 50 minutes. It took 70 minutes and we got a pizza obviously that didn't have extra mushrooms (\\\"1x mushrooms\\\" was noted on the included ticket). So we waited 70 minutes and received a pizza that wasn't made to the order.\\n\\nAlso, it was noted that Alley Cat charges a delivery charge based upon the cost of the order rather than a flat amount like most places do (it's 20% of the order). So, to tip on top of that (which I did) means a delivered item actually cost us 40% more than it would to pick it up. I have never seen a delivery charge based upon the price of the order before (and logically it makes little sense - does it cost more for them to deliver 2 pizzas than 1?). So, in short to get an incorrectly made pizza, late, and pay 40% more justifies no more than 2 stars in my book. The pizza tasted good but had hoped for better and more accurate service for my $25. We'll try another place next time

We've been using Alley Cat Pizzeria for about a year for delivery, NEVER have had a bad experience with them. Great prices, food is always hot and delicious, never late, everyone who answers the phone and the deliverers have always been really nice and professional. Totally recommend these guys???

Awesome pizza!! Pizza was huge and tasted great....glad I stopped in on my way back to Connecticut....?

Used to be the best pizza ever. Last 2 times we picked up the bottom was burned black. I can't eat burned anything. What a waste of money. I hope they soon turn the business back to the way it was.

I DROVE 40 MINUTES THROUGH A SNOW BLIZZARD TO PURCHASE PIZZA FROM ALLEY CAT PIZZA ON JANUARY 29, 2022 FOR THE FIRST TIME. THIS PIZZA PLACE WAS DEFINITELY WORTH MY SNOW BLIZZARD DRIVE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THE FEMALE WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND A GOOD PEOPLE PERSON.

100% not New York style. Cheese barely cooked. Cornmeal bottom, thick crust, no oil with hot cheese, not New York style…. At all. Will never go here again.

The s'mores dessert pizza is my favorite. Great thin crust pizza, comes in a huge sizes. My only criticism is that it is a little bit salty and sometimes the pies are burnt.
